[摘要] 目的 分析循證護(hù)理與情景模擬法實(shí)踐在頭頸外科護(hù)理教學(xué)查房中的應(yīng)用。方法 選取2017年2月—2019年 6月期間該院頭頸外科的80名實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組40名護(hù)生。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)教學(xué),觀察組采用循證護(hù)理與情景模擬法實(shí)踐教學(xué),對(duì)比兩組護(hù)生的考試成績(jī)和綜合能力評(píng)分。結(jié)果 觀察組學(xué)生理論成績(jī)(95.2±1.3)分和實(shí)踐操作成績(jī)(94.8±1.8)分高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05),觀察組學(xué)生綜合能力中學(xué)習(xí)興趣評(píng)分(92.8±2.3)分、護(hù)理程序應(yīng)用能力評(píng)分(94.8±1.1)分、臨床適應(yīng)能力評(píng)分(93.8±2.2)分、應(yīng)急能力評(píng)分(90.8±3.7)分、溝通能力評(píng)分(94.1±1.7)分、團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作能力評(píng)分(91.9±3.6)分高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 頭頸外科護(hù)理教學(xué)查房中應(yīng)用循證護(hù)理與情景模擬法教學(xué)可提高學(xué)生理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐操作水平,提升學(xué)生綜合素養(yǎng)。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application of evidence-based nursing and scenario simulation practice in head and neck surgery nursing teaching rounds. Methods From February 2017 to June 2019, 80 nursing students in the head and neck surgery of the hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 nursing students in each group. The control group used conventional teaching, and the observation group used evidence-based nursing and scenario simulation to practice teaching. The test scores and comprehensive ability scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared. Results The observation groups theoretical score (95.2±1.3)points and practical performance (94.8±1.8)points were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the observation groups comprehensive ability score of learning interest (92.8±2.3)points, nursing program application ability score (94.8±1.1)points, clinical adaptability score (93.8±2.2)points, emergency response ability score (90.8±3.7)points, communication ability score (94.1±1.7)points, unity and cooperation ability score (91.9±3.6)points, were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing and scenario simulation teaching in head and neck surgery nursing teaching rounds can improve students' theoretical foundation and practical operation level, and improve their comprehensive literacy.

循證護(hù)理是近幾年臨床中使用比較廣泛的護(hù)理方式,該護(hù)理方式建立在緊密計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)之上,是通過謹(jǐn)慎選擇臨床護(hù)理經(jīng)驗(yàn),并獲取相關(guān)證據(jù)之后,整理出一套護(hù)理流程[1]。情景模擬法則是通過模擬實(shí)際環(huán)境,加入工作的實(shí)際要素,鍛煉學(xué)生的操作能力,該教學(xué)方式具有較強(qiáng)的代入感,能夠讓學(xué)生置身于實(shí)際的工作環(huán)境當(dāng)中,考驗(yàn)和鍛煉其能力[2]。頭頸外科是一個(gè)工作環(huán)境比較復(fù)雜的科室,接收的患者多為病情復(fù)雜且病癥嚴(yán)重,如頸部炎性疾病、頸部血管性疾病、腮腺疾病、頸部腫瘤等,導(dǎo)致臨床護(hù)理難度升高,要求護(hù)士擁有較高的理論知識(shí)水平和實(shí)踐操作能力,同時(shí)該科室患者病情多變,這就需要護(hù)士擁有良好的應(yīng)變及應(yīng)急能力。護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生未來多數(shù)將會(huì)從事相關(guān)護(hù)理工作,所以,需要提高自己的理論知識(shí)與實(shí)踐技能,更好地為患者服務(wù)。在進(jìn)行頭頸外科護(hù)理教學(xué)時(shí),不同的教學(xué)方式產(chǎn)生的教學(xué)效果有所不同。因此,該研究選取2017年2月—2019年6月期間該院頭頸外科的80名實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生,探討循證護(hù)理與情景模擬法的應(yīng)用效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
