[摘要] 目的 觀察與研究心臟康復(fù)理念融入心血管疾病臨床護(hù)理教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 于2017年6月—2019年6月期間選取50名到該院心血管內(nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)生,以“隨機(jī)雙盲法”方式將入選研究對(duì)象分為兩組,25名采取傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理教學(xué)(常規(guī)組),25名在護(hù)理教學(xué)中將心臟康復(fù)理念融入(研究組),對(duì)比教學(xué)效果、護(hù)理質(zhì)量、護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 研究組護(hù)生理論成績(jī)、實(shí)踐成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)分均高于常規(guī)組,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);研究組基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理、護(hù)理安全、病區(qū)管理等護(hù)理質(zhì)量均高于常規(guī)組,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);研究組護(hù)理滿意度為96.67%(29/30),高于常規(guī)組的80.00%(24/30),組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在心血管疾病臨床護(hù)理教學(xué)中融入心臟康復(fù)理念,能夠提升護(hù)生理論知識(shí)考核、實(shí)踐技能考核成績(jī),提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量和患者護(hù)理滿意度,具有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Observation on the Application Value of Cardiac Rehabilitation Ideas in the Clinical Nursing Teaching of Cardiovascular Diseases

[Abstract] Objective To observe and study the application value of the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in the clinical nursing teaching of cardiovascular diseases. Methods From June 2017 to June 2019, 50 nursing students who were interned in cardiovascular medicine in our hospital were selected. The selected subjects were divided into two groups by the "random double-blind method", and 25 were given traditional nursing teaching (conventional group), 25 students incorporated the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in nursing teaching (research group), and compared the teaching effect, nursing quality, and nursing satisfaction. Results The theoretical and practical scores of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group, with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05); the quality of basic care, nursing safety, and ward management in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group. The difference was significant(P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%(29/30), which was higher than the conventional group's 80.00%(24/30). There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Incorporating the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge assessment and practical skills assessment scores of nursing students, improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction, and has high application value.

心血管疾病涉及人體血液運(yùn)送的各個(gè)器官與組織,因此也被叫做循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病,數(shù)據(jù)資料統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,將會(huì)有2.5億左右人患有各種心血管疾病,該類疾病已經(jīng)成為威脅人們身心健康和生命安全的主要疾病,具有較高的病死率和致殘率[1]。伴隨醫(yī)學(xué)科技的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,疾病病死率得到了一定的控制與降低,但是,整體預(yù)后、康復(fù)效果不是非常理想,護(hù)理干預(yù)作為臨床治療的重要組成部分,發(fā)揮著重要的作用,為提升護(hù)理效果,幫助患者盡快康復(fù),需要加強(qiáng)臨床護(hù)理教學(xué),提升護(hù)理人員綜合素質(zhì)和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)[2]。該次研究2017年6月—2019年6月期間選取50名到該院心血管內(nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)生,予以分組后,分別實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理教學(xué)和在護(hù)理教學(xué)中將心臟康復(fù)理念融入,對(duì)比教學(xué)效果、護(hù)理質(zhì)量、護(hù)理滿意度,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
