淺談電力配網(wǎng)工程施工中的安全管理

【摘?要】安全管理是配電網(wǎng)工程建設(shè)中需要重點(diǎn)面對(duì)的問題之一。如果在工程施工中存在安全問題，將大大降低電力工程的穩(wěn)定性，員工的安全也無法保障，而且還會(huì)降低企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。所以，要盡快發(fā)現(xiàn)安全問題，將優(yōu)化方法制定出來，保障配電網(wǎng)工程施工的順利展開，不會(huì)存在安全問題，對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)組的發(fā)展也可以起到一定的促進(jìn)作用，用戶的用電體驗(yàn)也會(huì)有所提高。論文著重研究電力配網(wǎng)工程施工中的安全管理方面的問題。

【Abstract】Safety?management?is?one?of?the?key?problems?in?distribution?network?construction.?If?there?are?safety?problems?existing?in?the?construction?of?the?project，?the?stability?of?the?power?project?will?be?greatly?reduced，?the?safety?of?employees?will?not?be?guaranteed，?and?the?economic?benefits?of?the?enterprise?will?also?be?reduced.?Therefore，?safety?problems?should?be?found?as?soon?as?possible?and?optimization?methods?should?be?formulated?to?ensure?the?smooth?development?of?the?distribution?network?project.?There?will?be?no?safety?problems，?which?can?also?play?a?certain?role?in?promoting?the?development?of?the?generator?set?and?improving?the?user's?electricity?use?experience.?This?paper?focuses?on?the?safety?management?problems?of?power?distribution?network?construction.

1?引言

中國的能源中，電力資源非常重要。配電網(wǎng)承擔(dān)著輸電的責(zé)任，要保證電能傳輸質(zhì)量，其所發(fā)揮的作用是不可替代的。配電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行，可以將用戶所需要的電能安全地輸送，滿足用戶的用電需求。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，人們對(duì)電力資源需求量的增加，用電過程中的安全管理工作就更加艱巨。在建設(shè)配電網(wǎng)工程時(shí)，對(duì)各種影響因素要高度重視，強(qiáng)化安全管理工作，為施工塑造安全的環(huán)境。
