米非司酮聯(lián)合縮宮素在產(chǎn)后出血治療中的應(yīng)用及可行性研究

【摘要】 目的：研究米非司酮聯(lián)合縮宮素在產(chǎn)后出血治療中的應(yīng)用及可行性。方法：回顧性分析2016年4月-2017年4月筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的產(chǎn)后出血患者112例的臨床資料，按照治療方法不同分為觀察組和對照組，每組56例，將單一采用縮宮素治療的患者納入對照組，將采用米非司酮與縮宮素聯(lián)合治療的患者設(shè)為觀察組，比較兩組產(chǎn)后出血患者的應(yīng)用效果、陰道出血量、血紅蛋白含量、出血時(shí)間、轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)時(shí)間、轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)經(jīng)期和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果：觀察組患者的治療總有效率為96.43%，明顯高于對照組的83.93%，比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組患者血紅蛋白含量高于對照組，陰道出血量少于對照組，出血時(shí)間、轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)時(shí)間及轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)經(jīng)期均短于對照組，比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組患者的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為1.79%，明顯低于對照組的12.50%，比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：米非司酮聯(lián)合縮宮素治療產(chǎn)后出血具有較高的可行性，能夠取得令人滿意的治療效果。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the application and feasibility of Mifepristone combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Method：From April 2016 to April 2017，the clinical data of 112 postpartum hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods，56 cases in each group.Patients treated with Oxytocin were included into control group，and patients treated with Mifepristone and Oxytocin were included into observation group.The effects of application，vaginal bleeding volume，hemoglobin content，bleeding time，menstruation retrieve time，menstrual period，and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of postpartum hemorrhage patients.Result：The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.43%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group（83.93%），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The hemoglobin content in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the vaginal bleeding volume was less than that in the control group，the bleeding time，menstruation retrieve time and menstruation period were all shorter than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.79%，which was significantly lower than 12.50% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone combined with Oxytocin have a high feasibility for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects.
