摘?要:目的:探討體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)在基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:選擇我院2019級三年制大專護(hù)理專業(yè)的學(xué)生作為研究對象。隨機(jī)分為對照組147人和試驗(yàn)組154人,對照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式,試驗(yàn)組采用體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)法,比較兩組護(hù)生學(xué)期末理論和實(shí)訓(xùn)考核成績和人文關(guān)懷能力得分。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組護(hù)生的理論、實(shí)訓(xùn)以及人文關(guān)懷能力得分均高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p<0.05)。結(jié)論:與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式相比,體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)可以更好地激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和熱情,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

Abstract:Objective:To?explore?the?application?effect?of?experiential?teaching?in?basic?nursing?training?teaching.Methods:The?students?of?the?2019?threeyear?college?nursing?major?in?our?hospital?were?selected?as?the?research?objects.Randomly?divided?into?147?people?in?the?control?group?and?154?people?in?the?experimental?group.The?control?group?adopts?traditional?teaching?methods?and?the?experimental?group?adopts?experiential?teaching?methods.The?two?groups?of?nursing?students?are?compared?with?the?semesterend?theoretical?and?practical?training?assessment?scores?and?humanistic?care?ability?scores.Results:The?scores?of?theoretical,practical?training?and?humanistic?care?ability?of?nursing?students?in?the?experimental?group?were?higher?than?those?of?the?control?group,and?the?difference?was?statistically?significant?(p<0.05).Conclusion:Compared?with?the?traditional?teaching?mode,experiential?teaching?can?better?stimulate?students'?interest?and?enthusiasm?in?learning,and?improve?the?quality?of?teaching.

隨著醫(yī)學(xué)事業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,就業(yè)市場和用人單位對護(hù)理專業(yè)從業(yè)人員的要求越來越高。護(hù)理實(shí)訓(xùn)課程是培養(yǎng)護(hù)生實(shí)際崗位勝任能力的主要方法之一。目前國內(nèi)醫(yī)學(xué)院校的護(hù)理實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)仍以理論授課穿插實(shí)操演示為主,不能很好地喚起學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和主動性。而體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)是指由教師創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行情景體驗(yàn),在體驗(yàn)的過程中學(xué)會轉(zhuǎn)變和克制消極的情緒和錯誤的認(rèn)識,培養(yǎng)和應(yīng)用積極情感和正確的認(rèn)識的一種教學(xué)方法[1]。為積極響應(yīng)《國家職業(yè)教育改革實(shí)施方案》[2]所提出的要求,本研究在高職護(hù)生《基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理學(xué)》實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中采用體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)法并觀察教學(xué)效果,為今后實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)的開展和研究提供有益的參考和重要補(bǔ)充。
