摘 ?要:幼兒教育是我國教育的開端,從認(rèn)知、情感、性格、成長的培養(yǎng)角度分析,幼兒園的教育水平會(huì)對(duì)國民素質(zhì)提升產(chǎn)生重要影響。幼兒園管理者應(yīng)貫徹幼兒為本的理念,立足兒童真實(shí)發(fā)展,以推進(jìn)特色建設(shè)為保障,結(jié)合幼兒教育五大領(lǐng)域,開展科學(xué)化、合理化幼兒園管理新模式,完善當(dāng)前幼兒園教育體系,促使幼兒健康成長,為幼兒的發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Based on the Real Development of Children and Promoting the Construction of Characteristics

【Abstract】Early childhood education is the beginning of education in China. From the perspective of cognition,emotion,character and growth,the educational level of kindergartens will have an important impact on the improvement of national quality. Kindergarten managers should implement the child-centered concept,base on the real development of children,take promoting characteristic construction as the guarantee,and combine the five fields of early childhood education,carry out a new scientific and rational kindergarten management model,improve the current kindergarten education system,promote children's healthy growth,and lay the foundation for children's successful life.

幼兒的身心發(fā)展水平離不開良好的教育管理體系,出發(fā)點(diǎn)應(yīng)以尊重引導(dǎo)為主,堅(jiān)持以愛為本、以學(xué)為樂的辦園理念,加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生的人文關(guān)懷和服務(wù)意識(shí),充分發(fā)揮幼兒園資源改善辦園條件,實(shí)施規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化、民主化管理,全面推行保教保育質(zhì)量責(zé)任制,積極探索素質(zhì)教育的新路,從而循序漸進(jìn)地培養(yǎng)幼兒良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,實(shí)現(xiàn)開發(fā)幼兒潛能的目標(biāo),這樣才會(huì)讓家長放心地把孩子交給學(xué)校。當(dāng)然,一些幼兒園的管理還存在一些問題,如分工不合理、組織責(zé)任不明確、缺乏凝聚力;反饋糾錯(cuò)機(jī)制不完善;教師在職培訓(xùn)效果不理想,缺乏明確的教育質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),導(dǎo)致教師隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)定;資金不足,辦園條件無法改善。面對(duì)幼兒園管理面臨的重重壓力和影響因素,如何有效突破這些挑戰(zhàn),筆者結(jié)合實(shí)踐從以下方面進(jìn)行探討,以期適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化幼兒園管理的需要。
(3)建設(shè)和諧向上的班級(jí)文化。班級(jí)文化滲透著教師的教育智慧,亦是班級(jí)的靈魂和形象。優(yōu)秀的班級(jí)文化不僅會(huì)起到正面行為規(guī)范引導(dǎo)的作用,還會(huì)循序漸進(jìn)地激勵(lì)與凝聚班級(jí)成員。長此以往,形成班集體的特色內(nèi)涵與風(fēng)格。和諧向上的班級(jí)文化,需要教師發(fā)揮自身表率作用,并與幼兒、家長達(dá)成共識(shí),結(jié)合班級(jí)幼兒實(shí)情,積極打造特色的班級(jí)文化風(fēng)格。
