[摘要] 目的 探究臨床路徑在醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 擇取2010年6月—2016年6月期間在該院進(jìn)行治療的兩個病種患者各50例作為研究對象,隨機(jī)分成對照組50例和觀察組50例。對照組開展常規(guī)管理模式,觀察組開展臨床路徑管理,對兩組患者住院費(fèi)用、藥占比、住院時間、抗生素使用時間、滿意度等進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 觀察組社區(qū)獲得性肺炎、結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺的住院費(fèi)用、藥占比、住院時間、抗生素使用時間均少于或低于對照組,社區(qū)獲得性肺炎患者5種觀察指標(biāo),觀察組滿意度100.00%高于對照組滿意度88.00%(χ2=6.383,P<0.05)。結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫患者5種觀察指標(biāo),觀察組滿意度96.00%高于對照組滿意度78.00%(χ2=7.162,P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理中實施臨床路徑管理模式可以有效減少患者的住院和檢查費(fèi)用,降低藥占比,縮短抗生素使用和住院時間,也可以提升醫(yī)療管理質(zhì)量,因此該種管理模式值得在臨床中進(jìn)行大力推廣應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathways in medical quality management. Methods 50 patients of two diseases who were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group 50 cases and observation group 50 cases. The control group carried out the routine management mode, and the observation group carried out the clinical path management, and compared the two groups of patients' hospitalization expenses, drug proportion, length of hospitalization, antibiotic use time, satisfaction and so on. Results The community-acquired pneumonia, tuberculous thyroid hospitalization costs, medication ratio, length of hospital stay, and antibiotic use time in the observation group were less than or lower than those in the control group. There were 5 observation indicators for patients with community-acquired pneumonia was 88.00% higher than the control group (χ2=6.383, P<0.05). There were 5 observation indexes for patients with nodular goiter. The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.00% higher than that in the control group 78.00%(χ2=7.162, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the clinical path management model in medical quality management can effectively reduce the hospitalization and examination costs of patients, reduce the proportion of drugs, shorten the use of antibiotics and length of hospitalization, and also improve the quality of medical management. Therefore, this management model is worthy of clinical implementation and application.

近幾年來,隨著我國人民生活條件的提升,患者不僅對醫(yī)院及時正確診斷疾病提出了較高要求,而且對醫(yī)療質(zhì)量也提出了更高要求。隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,人們對健康和醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的關(guān)注越來越多,因此醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理工作十分重要[1]。臨床路徑管理模式是新型管理模式,在醫(yī)療管理中的應(yīng)用較多,該種管理模式對醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平具有良好的提升作用,還可降低醫(yī)療成本,對服務(wù)療程也具有優(yōu)化作用,以此提升醫(yī)院醫(yī)療管理質(zhì)量[2]。但是該種管理模式在我國的應(yīng)用較少,起步也相對較晚,為探究該種管理模式對醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理的作用,該次擇取2010年6月—2016年6月期間在該院進(jìn)行治療的兩個病種患者各50例作為研究對象,開展不同類型管理模式的應(yīng)用(對照組開展常規(guī)管理模式、觀察組開展臨床路徑管理)效果研究,報道如下。
