[摘要] 目的 探討全員參與質(zhì)量管理模式對(duì)內(nèi)分泌科護(hù)理質(zhì)量的影響。方法 該組研究納入實(shí)施全員參與質(zhì)量管理模式后在該院內(nèi)分泌科治療的60例患者,病例資料選取時(shí)間從2018年4月—2019年4月;同時(shí)將2017年3月—2018年3月期間在該院內(nèi)分泌科未實(shí)施全員參與質(zhì)量管理模式的60例患者作為實(shí)施管理前的參照。評(píng)估實(shí)施護(hù)理管理前后的護(hù)理質(zhì)量檢查評(píng)分,比較兩組患者的護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 實(shí)施全員參與護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理模式后,內(nèi)分泌科護(hù)理人員的護(hù)理質(zhì)量各項(xiàng)評(píng)分均明顯高于實(shí)施前(P<0.05)。實(shí)施后患者的護(hù)理滿意度明顯大于實(shí)施前(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在內(nèi)分泌科實(shí)施全員參與質(zhì)量管理模式有助于提高科室護(hù)理質(zhì)量,同時(shí)也可改善護(hù)患關(guān)系,提高患者的護(hù)理滿意度,值得在臨床上進(jìn)行深入研究和推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of full participation in quality management mode on the quality of endocrinology care. Methods This study included 60 patients who were treated in the endocrinology department of our hospital after participating in the quality management mode. The case data were selected from April 2018 to April 2019. At the same time, from March 2017 to March 2018, during the period, 60 patients who did not participate in the quality management mode in the endocrinology department of the hospital were used as a reference before implementation management. The nursing quality check scores before and after the implementation of nursing management were evaluated, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared. Results After the implementation of the full-member participation in the quality management model, the quality of the nursing quality of the endocrinologists was significantly higher than before the implementation(P<0.05). The patient's nursing satisfaction after implementation was significantly greater than before implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing a full-member participation in the quality management model in the endocrinology department can improve the quality of care in the department. It can also improve the relationship between nurses and patients and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of in-depth research and promotion in clinical practice.

質(zhì)量是醫(yī)院管理過(guò)程中永不過(guò)時(shí)的主題,是醫(yī)院的整體組成部分,對(duì)醫(yī)院的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和整體效益造成直接的影響[1]。隨著人們生活水平的提高和現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,人們對(duì)于對(duì)護(hù)理質(zhì)量提出了越來(lái)越高的要求[2]。內(nèi)分泌科患者的疾病多較為復(fù)雜,臨床治愈較為困難,患者承受著巨大的痛苦,因此在護(hù)理工作中更應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對(duì)患者的關(guān)愛(ài),為其提供高質(zhì)量的優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)[3]。護(hù)理管理的核心在于護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理,因此不斷提高內(nèi)分泌科護(hù)理質(zhì)量是實(shí)現(xiàn)護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理的目標(biāo)[4]。為提高內(nèi)分泌科護(hù)理質(zhì)量,充分調(diào)動(dòng)科室護(hù)理人員的團(tuán)隊(duì)積極性和協(xié)作能力,該院將全員參與質(zhì)量管理模式應(yīng)用于內(nèi)分泌科護(hù)理管理中,分析應(yīng)用效果,具體如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
該組研究納入實(shí)施全員參與質(zhì)量管理模式后在該院內(nèi)分泌科治療的60例患者,病例選取時(shí)間從2018年4月—2019年4月;同時(shí)將2017年3月—2018年3月期間在該院內(nèi)分泌科未實(shí)施全員參與質(zhì)量管理模式的60例患者作為實(shí)施管理前的參照。實(shí)施前的60例患者中,男性36例,女性24例,年齡18~72歲,平均年齡(45.45±3.25)歲;實(shí)施后的60例患者中,男性35例,女性25例,年齡18~72歲,平均年齡(44.36±3.31)歲。組間基線數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)??剖覂?nèi)共有護(hù)理人員30名,年齡20~48歲,平均(34.26±2.25)歲;學(xué)歷:大專以上15名,大專以下15名。
