膽寧片治療膽源性消化不良的臨床研究

[摘要] 目的 分析膽寧片治療膽源性消化不良的臨床效果。方法 方便選擇該院自2013年5月—2017年5月收治的101例膽源性消化不良患者，將其隨機分為2組，對照組50例，觀察組51例。對照組患者給予鋁碳酸鎂治療，觀察組給予膽寧片進行治療，對比2組患者治療效果。結(jié)果 在治療前兩組患者各項評分均差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P>0.05）。隨著治療的進行，2組患者的各項評分一直在下降，但對照組患者下降幅度沒有對照組明顯（P<0.05）。觀察組患者第1周有效率為39.23%，第2周為90.20%，第4周為100.00%均明顯高于對照組的22.00%、46.00%、62.00%，相對比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組患者復(fù)發(fā)率為9.80%、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為6.88%，對照組分別為為8.00%、4.00%，相對比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P>0.05。結(jié)論 要有效的將膽源性消化不良所致的腹痛、食欲不振、腹脹早飽等不適癥狀改善，緩解患者存在的便秘現(xiàn)象，采用膽寧片是不錯的選擇。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Biliary Dyspepsia with Danning Tablets

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of danning tablet in the treatment of biliary dyspepsia. Methods 101 patients with cholestatic dyspepsia from May 2013 to May 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups： the control group （n=50）and the observation group （n=51）. The patients in the control group were treated with magnesium aluminum carbonate. The observation group was treated with danning tablets and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the scores of the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）. With the progress of the treatment， the scores of the two groups of patients had been declining， but the control group did not decrease so much as the observation group（P<0.05）. The effective rate was 39.23% in the first week and 90.20% in the second week and 100.00% in the fourth week， significantly higher than those in the control group of 22.00%， 46.00%， 62.00%， The difference was signitically significant（P<0.05）. The recurrence rate was 9.80% in the observation group and 6.88% of the adverse reaction， while those in the control group were 8.00% and 4.00%. The difference was not significant（P>0.05）. Conclusion The danning tablet can effectively handle the bile endemic caused by abdominal pain， loss of appetite， abdominal distension and early discomfort and other symptoms， relieve the existence of constipation in patients.

慢性膽囊炎、膽囊結(jié)石及膽囊術(shù)后綜合癥等所致的消化不良均屬于膽源性消化不良。該疾病是由膽汁分泌異常引起，膽汁可使脂肪乳化成脂肪微粒的速度加快，將胰液中胰腺脂肪酶作用面積增加。要有效的改善膽源性消化不良所致的癥狀，需將消化酶進行補充，進而使分泌的膽汁充足；還需將患者的胃腸蠕動能力進行恢復(fù)[1-2]。中藥膽寧片能促使膽汁的分泌，還可使得胃腸功能的恢復(fù)加速，現(xiàn)方便選擇該院自2013年5月—2017年5月收治的101例患者作為研究，現(xiàn)報道如下。endprint
