      空天地一體化對(duì)地觀測(cè)傳感網(wǎng)的理論與方法立項(xiàng)報(bào)告

      摘 要:空天地對(duì)地觀測(cè)傳感網(wǎng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下多傳感器資源的動(dòng)態(tài)管理、事件智能感知、多平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)耦合、按需觀測(cè)、觀測(cè)融合、數(shù)據(jù)同化和智能服務(wù),能有效解決當(dāng)前傳感器觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)無法協(xié)同觀測(cè),數(shù)據(jù)處理和信息提取能力不足以及聚焦服務(wù)模型缺乏等問題,是智慧地球和一體化對(duì)地觀測(cè)集成系統(tǒng)需要優(yōu)先解決的重要研究,是地球陸表監(jiān)測(cè)與決策相應(yīng)研究的前沿研究之一。該研究圍繞事件感知與多傳感器協(xié)同觀測(cè)機(jī)理、對(duì)地觀測(cè)傳感網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)同化與信息協(xié)同處理理論和任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的時(shí)空信息聚焦服務(wù)模型三大科學(xué)問題展開研究:(1)從系統(tǒng)論、控制論、本體論和服務(wù)論相結(jié)合的角度,研究觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)的自適應(yīng)動(dòng)態(tài)耦合機(jī)理、空天地傳感器優(yōu)化觀測(cè)模型、對(duì)地觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)在軌處理方法、觀測(cè)資源網(wǎng)絡(luò)化理論。(2)采用系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的理論與方法,建立多時(shí)-空-譜數(shù)據(jù)的一體化融合方法,發(fā)展對(duì)地觀測(cè)傳感網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)與陸面模式的多參數(shù)聯(lián)合同化方法,充分研究對(duì)地觀測(cè)傳感網(wǎng)的多源數(shù)據(jù)智能化處理與分析模型。(3)從對(duì)地觀測(cè)傳感網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架出發(fā),綜合運(yùn)用本體論、運(yùn)籌學(xué)和控制論的相關(guān)方法,研究面向任務(wù)的行為規(guī)劃模型。通過多學(xué)科聯(lián)合攻關(guān),系統(tǒng)地揭示從事件感知到聚焦服務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)理,建立從空天地傳感網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)陸表監(jiān)測(cè)的科學(xué)理論與方法體系,為我國(guó)空天地協(xié)同對(duì)地觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)的建立奠定理論與技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。

      Abstract:Aerospace-borne and ground based integrated earth observation sensor web can achieve dynamic management of multi-sensor, intelligent sense of events,multi-platform systems coupling,on-demand observation ,observation integration,data assimilation and intelligence services under the network environment. It can effectively solve the problem that current sensor data can not be coordinated observated, lack of data processing and information extraction capacity, and the lack of aggregation service model and other issues. It is the first important issues that need to be solved by smart earth and integration of earth observation system, and it is one of the leading subject of Earth's land surface monitoring and decision-making. The project focused on a study of three scientific questions: the event perception and coordination of multi-sensor observation mechanism , data assimilation and information processing theory of earth observation sensor networks, and task-driven collaborative spatial and temporal information service model:(1) From the angle of systems theory, cybernetics, ontology and service,it research on the adaptive dynamic coupling mechanism and optimization of earth observation model , in orbit of Earth observation data processing methods , observing resource network theory.(2) Using the theories and methods of system science , it will establish temporal - spacial -spectral integrated data fusion methods, and develop Earth observation data and sensor networks land surface model of multi-parameter joint assimilation methods,study multi-sensor networks intelligent processing and analysis of source data models of the Earth observation.(3) From the system architecture of earth observation sensor network, it will use the ontology, operations research, cybernetics and related methods to conduct research on task-oriented behavior planning model. With multidisciplinary joint research, it will systematically reveal the transformation mechanism of events perception to service, establish the scientific theory and methodology of achieving monitoring land surface from the temporal - spacial -spectral sensor networks data, lay a foundation of earth observation theory and technical basis for temporal - spacial -spectral collaborative systems in our country.
