Hello， everyone！ Id like to introduce an excellent player—Zheng Haixia. She isan excellent basketball player and has become the first Chinese player that has hername in the FIBA Hall of Fame. She is so great that I admire her so much. From herstory， I realize that we must study hard to achieve our dreams.

I used to be a shy girl. I didnt dare to ask the teacher for help when I mettrouble. And my health was really poor. Now， I make a decision to do something tochange myself.

Firstly， I decide to overcome my shyness. When I have difficulties in studying， Iwill ask the teachers for help bravely. Secondly， I will review the knowledge after classand learn from mistakes to get better grades. Thirdly， I plan to do sports every day tokeep healthy. Last but not least， I will stick with my dream and never give up .

As the saying goes， “Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it.”I believe Ican do better in future.

大家好！我想介紹一下一位優(yōu)秀的球員———鄭海霞。她是一位出色的籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員，并且成為了第一位入選國際籃聯(lián)名人堂的中國球員。她太棒了，我非常欽佩她。從她的故事中，我意識(shí)到我們必須努力學(xué)習(xí)才能實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的夢想。

我以前是個(gè)害羞的女孩。當(dāng)我遇到麻煩時(shí)，我不敢向老師求助。而且我的身體不好?，F(xiàn)在，我決定做點(diǎn)什么來改變自己。

首先，我決定克服害羞。當(dāng)我在學(xué)習(xí)中遇到困難時(shí)，我會(huì)勇敢地向老師尋求幫助。其次，我會(huì)在課后復(fù)習(xí)知識(shí)，從錯(cuò)誤中吸取教訓(xùn)，以獲得更好的成績。第三，我計(jì)劃每天運(yùn)動(dòng)以保持健康。最重要的是，我將堅(jiān)持夢想，永不言棄。
