[摘要] 目的 探究人性化護(hù)理管理在護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選擇2017年6月—2018年7月作為對照階段、2018年8月—2019年6月為研究階段,在兩個階段內(nèi)各隨機(jī)抽選出40名護(hù)理人員參與該次研究,在對照組階段未開展人性化護(hù)理管理,而研究階段則開展人性化護(hù)理管理,對比兩組護(hù)理人員工作壓力、管理依從性、管理滿意度、工作幸福感、焦慮程度、SF-36評分以及護(hù)理操作評分、護(hù)理理論評分、護(hù)理質(zhì)量評分。結(jié)果 開展人性化護(hù)理管理后,護(hù)理人員工作壓力降低、工作幸福感升高、焦慮評分明顯降低,與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。觀察組護(hù)理人員護(hù)理操作能力、理論成績、護(hù)理質(zhì)量評分均大大提高,與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 人性化護(hù)理在護(hù)理管理中具有較高的應(yīng)用價值,能夠保證護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量,是護(hù)理管理發(fā)展重要趨勢,值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing management. Methods Choose the period from June 2017 to July 2018 as the control phase, and the period from August 2018 to June 2019 as the research phase. In both phases, 40 nurses were randomly selected to participate in the study. Humanized nursing management was not carried out in the group stage, while humanized nursing management was carried out in the research stage. The work pressure, management satisfaction, management compliance, job well-being, anxiety level, SF-36 score, nursing operation score, nursing theory score, nursing quality score of the two groups were compared. Results After carrying out the humanized nursing management, the nursing staff's work pressure was reduced, the sense of happiness at work was increased, and the anxiety score was significantly reduced. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The nursing operation ability, theoretical performance and nursing quality scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were greatly improved; compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing has high application value in nursing management. It can ensure the quality of nursing management. It is an important trend in the development of nursing management and is worthy of promotion.

近年來,隨著人們的生活質(zhì)量不斷提高,人們對于護(hù)理工作的要求也愈發(fā)嚴(yán)格。目前“重醫(yī)輕護(hù)”的社會風(fēng)氣仍時有發(fā)生,護(hù)理人員的工作往往無法取得患者及其家屬的認(rèn)可與信賴,不僅使得護(hù)患雙方關(guān)系緊張,而且還會導(dǎo)致護(hù)理人員的工作積極性大大降低。隨著我國醫(yī)療技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步,人性化護(hù)理模式的引入不僅給患者護(hù)理帶去希望,同時也對護(hù)理人員的工作也產(chǎn)生一定影響。人性化護(hù)理管理是“以人為中心”的護(hù)理理念,重視人作為獨立的個體,尊重其自身發(fā)展需求[1]。通過對護(hù)理人員實施人性化護(hù)理管理,能夠在保證基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理效果的同時,進(jìn)一步提高護(hù)理人員的工作積極性,全面提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量。該文中于2018年8月—2019年6月進(jìn)行人性化護(hù)理管理,對其在40名護(hù)理人員中的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),現(xiàn)報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
以2017年6月—2018年7月為對照階段,2018年8月—2019年6月為研究階段,兩階段各隨機(jī)抽取40名護(hù)士,將前者視為對照組、后者視為觀察組,分別開展常規(guī)護(hù)理管理和人性化護(hù)理管理模式。所有護(hù)理人員均知曉并自愿參與該次研究,該次研究內(nèi)容取得醫(yī)學(xué)倫理委員會許可。
