低頻脈沖電刺激對經(jīng)產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后宮縮疼痛鎮(zhèn)痛效果的護理探討

[摘要] 目的 探討對經(jīng)產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后宮縮疼痛鎮(zhèn)痛中實施低頻脈沖電刺激的護理效果。方法 方便選取該院產(chǎn)科120例經(jīng)產(chǎn)婦（2018年10月—2019年5月間）納入研究，用計算機進行隨機分組：對照組（n=60，常規(guī)護理）、治療組（n=60，低頻脈沖電刺激干預(yù)），分析產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后宮底高度、治療后宮縮疼痛緩解程度及惡露排出狀況。結(jié)果 治療組產(chǎn)后24 h、48 h、72 h宮底高度下降程度（1.1±0.3）cm、（3.9±0.4）cm、（7.4±0.4）cm與對照組組間對比更高（0.3±0.4）cm、（1.6±0.3）cm、（4.1±0.3）cm（t=12.394、35.631、51.123，P<0.05）;治療組產(chǎn)后24 h、48 h、72 h NRS評分（5.9±0.2）分、（3.2±0.3）分、（1.3±0.2）分與對照組（7.5±0.3）分、（5.8±0.3）分、（3.7±0.4）分組間對比更低（t=34.374、47.469、41.569，P<0.05）;治療組產(chǎn)后24 h、48 h、72 h惡露排出量（30.5±5.3）mL、（48.5±5.2）mL、（60.4±5.8）mL與對照組（26.5±5.4）mL、（42.1±4.6）mL、（51.5±4.9）mL組間對比更高（t=4.095、7.141、9.080，P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 對經(jīng)產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后宮縮疼痛鎮(zhèn)痛中實施低頻脈沖電刺激護理可有效減輕宮縮痛，促進子宮復(fù)舊及惡露排出。

Nursing of Low-frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation for Postpartum Contraction Pain

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing effect of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation on postpartum contraction pain and analgesia in postpartum women. Methods 120 obstetric women in the obstetric department （from October 2018 to May 2019） were convenient selected in the study and randomly divided by computer： control group （n=60， routine care）， treatment group （n=60， low-frequency pulse electricity stimulation intervention）， analysis of maternal postpartum height， post-treatment contraction pain relief and lochia discharge status. Results The degree of decrease in uterine fundus height was （1.1±0.3） cm， （3.9±0.4） cm， （7.4±0.4） cm compared with the control group （0.3±0.4） cm， （1.6±0.3） cm， （4.1±0.3） cm of 24 hours， 48 h， and 72 h postpartum（t=12.394， 35.631， 51.123，P<0.05）; NRS scores （5.9±0.2） points， （3.2±0.3） points（1.3±0.2）， compared with the control group （7.5±0.3）， （5.8±0.3）， and （3.7±0.4）， the comparison between the groups was lower（t= 34.374， 47.469， 41.569，P<0.05）; the treatment group's lochia discharge at 24 h， 48 h， and 72 h after delivery （30.5±5.3） mL， （48.5±5.2） mL， （60.4±5.8） mL and the control group （26.5±5.4） mL， （42.1±4.6） mL， （51.5±4.9） mL was higher（t=4.095， 7.141， 9.080，P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation in postpartum contraction pain and analgesia can effectively reduce contraction pain， promote uterine rehabilitation and discharge of lochia.

綜上所述，對經(jīng)產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后宮縮疼痛鎮(zhèn)痛中實施低頻脈沖電刺激護理可有效減輕宮縮疼痛，促進子宮復(fù)舊，增加產(chǎn)婦舒適度，促進惡露排出，有效減輕經(jīng)產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后身心痛苦，緩解腰酸背痛，促進產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后恢復(fù)。且實施低頻脈沖電刺激護理安全、簡單、易于操作、較藥物鎮(zhèn)痛風險小、無不良反應(yīng)，可減輕護理人員工作負擔，經(jīng)濟有效。
