[摘要] 目的 探討多元化教學(xué)模式在高職藥理學(xué)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用,尋求新的適合高職學(xué)生的教學(xué)模式。方法 選擇湖南中醫(yī)藥高等??茖W(xué)校2017級(jí)高職護(hù)理專業(yè)6個(gè)班共314名同學(xué)為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,隨機(jī)選擇3個(gè)班(153名)為觀察組,其余3個(gè)班(161名)為對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法,觀察組采用多元化教學(xué)模式。對(duì)比兩組學(xué)習(xí)效果,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集觀察組學(xué)生對(duì)多元教學(xué)模式的評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 觀察組學(xué)生最終成績(jī)明顯高于對(duì)照組,觀察組學(xué)生對(duì)多元化教學(xué)模式各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)肯定率均高于81%。結(jié)論 多元化教學(xué)模式可以確實(shí)提高高職藥理學(xué)教學(xué)效果,促進(jìn)學(xué)科發(fā)展,為藥理學(xué)教育提供新思路。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of diversified teaching mode in pharmacology teaching in higher vocational education, and to find a new teaching mode suitable for higher vocational students. Methods A total of 314 students from 6 classes of the 2017 vocational nursing major of Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as experimental subjects. Three classes (153) were randomly selected as the observation group, and the remaining three classes (161) were used as the control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the diversified teaching mode. The learning effects of the two groups were compared, and the students' evaluation of the multiple teaching models was collected through a questionnaire. Results The final scores of the students in the observstion group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The affirmation rate of the students in the observation group on the various teaching models was higher than 81%. Conclusion Diversified teaching mode can indeed improve the teaching effect of pharmacology in higher vocational education, promote the development of disciplines, and provide new ideas for pharmacology education.

藥理學(xué)是研究藥物與機(jī)體(包括病原體)相互作用及其規(guī)律的學(xué)科,是溝通其他醫(yī)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)課及臨床課程的橋梁。由于藥理學(xué)教學(xué)內(nèi)容多,學(xué)生知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)要求高,涉及藥物種類繁雜,藥理作用、臨床應(yīng)用、不良反應(yīng)、藥物禁忌等知識(shí)要點(diǎn)多,而該校為高職高專院校,藥理學(xué)課時(shí)數(shù)較本科臨床專業(yè)少,加上學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)水平較低,因此往往無(wú)法理解知識(shí)點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高,甚至產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)心理。該教研室選擇該校2017級(jí)高職護(hù)理專業(yè)班314名同學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)、針對(duì)專業(yè)特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建一種以“智慧職教”為平臺(tái),以案例分析、課前問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向,團(tuán)隊(duì)討論學(xué)習(xí)為基礎(chǔ),思維導(dǎo)圖總結(jié)的多元化教學(xué)模式,并在實(shí)踐中取得了良好的教學(xué)效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1? 對(duì)象與方法
1.1? 研究對(duì)象
選擇湖南中醫(yī)藥高等??茖W(xué)校2017級(jí)高職護(hù)理專業(yè)6個(gè)班共314名同學(xué)為對(duì)象,隨機(jī)選擇3個(gè)班(153名)為觀察組,其余3個(gè)班(161名)為對(duì)照組。兩組學(xué)生入學(xué)成績(jī)、性別、年齡經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),符合研究要求。
1.2? 研究方法
實(shí)施前準(zhǔn)備:(1)兩組均采用中南大學(xué)出版社《藥理學(xué)》(宋海鵬主編)第二版教材,同一教師教學(xué),共72學(xué)時(shí)。
(2)開學(xué)前教師在智慧職教職教云上創(chuàng)建《藥理學(xué)》課程及創(chuàng)建授課班級(jí),學(xué)生完成智慧職教手機(jī)APP云課堂的下載安裝注冊(cè),通過(guò)班級(jí)二維碼加入藥理學(xué)課程。教師通過(guò)云課堂發(fā)布調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,進(jìn)行開學(xué)前學(xué)情分析。①學(xué)生具備一定解剖、藥理學(xué)等理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)操作知識(shí),但知識(shí)掌握程度不高,部分學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)薄弱。②對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)藥理學(xué)興趣高。③學(xué)生都能熟練使用智能手機(jī)及電腦、平板等電子產(chǎn)品。④藥理學(xué)是護(hù)理專業(yè)必修課程,人才培養(yǎng)要求高。
