——從遠(yuǎn)期總體規(guī)劃到公共空間更新

ADEPT建筑事務(wù)所與Topotek1事務(wù)所最近在丹麥的集鎮(zhèn)—奧本羅完成了一個(gè)歷史城區(qū)的改造。團(tuán)隊(duì)于2014年中標(biāo)該項(xiàng)目，在基于當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)狀條件完成的公共空間再設(shè)計(jì)與城市總體規(guī)劃之間創(chuàng)造了緊密的聯(lián)系，通過(guò)趣味性的設(shè)計(jì)手法以及對(duì)傳統(tǒng)材料的創(chuàng)新使用，使歷史悠久的城區(qū)中心為公共空間的更新做好了準(zhǔn)備。

經(jīng)過(guò)大量的改造后，奧本羅的歷史城區(qū)中心被更加連續(xù)的街道網(wǎng)絡(luò)重新覆蓋，也有了個(gè)性化定位的廣場(chǎng)?；趯?duì)這座城市的深刻理解，從遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃到細(xì)節(jié)的實(shí)施，該項(xiàng)目都明確地將城市的潛能轉(zhuǎn)化為具有更強(qiáng)關(guān)聯(lián)性和吸引力的公共空間。

此項(xiàng)目的改造基于歷史城區(qū)中心的特征、規(guī)模及過(guò)往經(jīng)歷完成，同時(shí)也為街道和廣場(chǎng)增添了現(xiàn)代感。為滿足城市中各類型公共生活而設(shè)計(jì)的鋪裝和城市家具強(qiáng)調(diào)了這一新特征。

這些定制的黃褐色磚塊與傳統(tǒng)鵝卵石之間有趣的對(duì)比，以及在改造區(qū)域中更具識(shí)別性的路面，令人在城市尺度上有一種細(xì)致的體驗(yàn)。特別的鋪裝圖案和材質(zhì)促使車輛在改造區(qū)域減速慢行，此時(shí)交通分流的方法僅是采用了不同的材料。

在創(chuàng)造從宏觀到細(xì)節(jié)之間明確關(guān)聯(lián)性的過(guò)程中，目標(biāo)是建立一個(gè)具有整體性的歷史城區(qū)中心的鮮明特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)也通過(guò)局部細(xì)節(jié)的處理使不同的公共空間各具特色。

In Danish market town Aabenraa, ADEPT and Topotek1 have recently completed a transformation of the historic city that creates strong links between the visionary urban master plan, won by the team in 2014, and redesigned public space formed by local conditions. With a playful design approach and a new take on traditional materials, the historic center is ready for renewed public life.

Through extensive transformation, the historic center of Aabenraa has resurfaced with a more coherent street network and defined squares with individual character. From visionary plan to detailed paving, the project is born from a deep understanding of the city, clearly transforming urban potential to stronger connections and attractive public space.

The transformation builds on the character,scale and experience in the historic center, but add new layers of modern identity to streets and squares.The new identity is highlighted through paving patterns and urban furniture that were designed to support various forms of public life in the city.

The playful contrast between customized yellow-brown tiles and classic cobblestones gives a nuanced experience of the scale in the city as well as an easily recognizable urban floor, laid throughout the transformed area. The patterns and materials of the paving encourage a lower speed in the transformed area while changes in material acts as the only separation of traffic.

In the process of creating obvious links from the grand perspectives to the smallest detail, the aim has been to establish a strong identity for the historic city center as a whole, but at the same time to allow the micro-local conditions to affect the character of the individual public space.
