舒適護(hù)理在慢性支氣管炎護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果分析

[摘要] 目的 研究慢性支氣管炎護(hù)理中舒適護(hù)理的臨床應(yīng)用效果。 方法 方便選擇該院2016年9月—2017年12月期間所收治的84例慢性支氣管炎患者作為該次研究病例，對(duì)患者進(jìn)行分組，分組方式為計(jì)算機(jī)表法，研究組與對(duì)照組，各42例，所有患者均接受相同的治療方法，對(duì)照組患者采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，研究組實(shí)施舒適護(hù)理，對(duì)比分析兩組患者的護(hù)理效果與生存質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果 研究組非常滿意24例，對(duì)照組17例非常滿意，研究組護(hù)理滿意度（95.24%）顯著高于對(duì)照組（76.19%），研究組顯效22例，對(duì)照組顯效18例，研究組護(hù)理總有效率為92.85%，與對(duì)照組（73.81%）比較，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），研究組在軀體疼痛（88.63±5.26）分、生理功能（81.52±8.62）分、活力（81.52±4.36）分、精神健康（86.26±5.34）方面的生存質(zhì)量評(píng)分均高于對(duì)照組，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 舒適護(hù)理應(yīng)用在慢性支氣管炎中的價(jià)值顯著，能夠有效提高患者的護(hù)理滿意度，改善患者的臨床癥狀，提高患者的生存質(zhì)量評(píng)分，值得臨床進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical application effect of comfortable nursing in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods 84 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected as the study cases. The patients were divided into groups according to the computer table method. The study group and the control group each had 42 cases. All patients received the same treatment， the patients in the control group received routine care， the study group implemented comfortable nursing， and the nursing effect and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The study group was very satisfied with 24 cases， and the control group was very satisfied with 17 cases. The nursing satisfaction of the study group （95.24%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.19%）. The study group was effective in 22 cases and the control group was effective in 18 cases. The study group of the total effective rate was 92.85%. Compared with the control group （73.81%）， the difference between the groups was significant （P<0.05）. The study group had somatic pain （88.63±5.26）points， physiological function （81.52±8.62）points， and vitality （81.52±4.36）points. The quality of life scores in mental health （86.26±5.34）points were higher than those in the control group， the difference betueen groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion ?The value of comfortable nursing in chronic bronchitis is significant， which can effectively improve the patient's nursing satisfaction， improve the patient's clinical symptoms， improve the patient's quality of life score， and is worthy of further clinical application.

慢性支氣管炎屬于常見的疾病之一，對(duì)該病癥的發(fā)生進(jìn)行分析，主要是由于感染或是非感染的情況引起的慢性非特異性炎癥[1]，在發(fā)病的早期，臨床表現(xiàn)并不明顯，且病情發(fā)展的較慢[2]，臨床癥狀主要為咳嗽、氣喘或是咳痰等，嚴(yán)重影響患者的日常生活[3]，為此，若患者發(fā)現(xiàn)有慢性支氣管炎就需要及時(shí)采取措施治療，以免病情的發(fā)展[4]。在臨床治療慢性支氣管炎的過程中，需要對(duì)其進(jìn)行護(hù)理，促進(jìn)患者早期康復(fù)?；诖?，該文就對(duì)該院2016年9月—2017年12月期間收治的84例慢性支氣管炎患者進(jìn)行探討，分析舒適護(hù)理應(yīng)用其中的臨床效果，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
