融合固定術(shù)治療腰椎間盤突出癥合并脊柱滑脫的臨床效果

[摘要]目的 探討融合固定術(shù)治療腰椎間盤突出癥（LIDP）合并脊柱滑脫的臨床效果。方法 選取2016年8月～2018年6月我院接收的80例LIDP合并脊柱滑脫患者作為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)治療方法的不同分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組接受針灸、按摩、理療等常規(guī)治療，觀察組接受融合固定術(shù)治療。比較兩組的臨床治療優(yōu)良率、視覺模擬量表（VAS）評(píng)分、腰椎功能（ODI）評(píng)分及不良反應(yīng)總發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 觀察組的治療優(yōu)良率（95.00%）高于對(duì)照組（72.50%），VAS評(píng)分[（2.58±0.82）分]和ODI評(píng)分[（19.59±5.67）分]低于對(duì)照組[（4.13±1.05）分，（31.33±6.74）分]，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；兩組的不良反應(yīng)總發(fā)生率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 融合固定術(shù)在LIDP合并脊柱滑脫的治療中效果顯著，能有效減輕患者的疼痛程度，提高腰椎功能，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Clinical effect of fusion fixation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation combined with spondylolisthesis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of fusion fixation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation （LIDP） combined with spondylolisthesis. Methods A total of 80 patients with LIDP complicated with spondylolisthesis in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects， they were divided into observation group and control group， 40 cases in each group， according to the different treatment methods. The control group received routine treatment such as acupuncture， massage and physiotherapy， while the observation group received fusion and fixation. The clinical treatment excellence rate， visual analogue scale （VAS） score， lumbar vertebral function （ODI） score and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group （95.00%） was higher than that in the control group （72.50%）， the VAS score （[2.58±0.82] points） and ODI score （[19.59±5.67] points） were lower than that in the control group （[4.13±1.05] points， [31.33±6.74] points）， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion Fusion fixation is effective in the treatment of LIDP combined with spondylolisthesis. It can effectively relieve pain and improve lumbar function. It is worthy of clinical application.

腰椎間盤突出癥（LIDP）是臨床上較為常見的退行性疾病之一，多發(fā)于中老年群體，極易引發(fā)脊柱滑脫，導(dǎo)致患者腰腿疼痛、活動(dòng)受限等，給患者的日常生活帶來很大的不便[1]。目前，LIDP合并脊柱滑脫的臨床治療以保守療法為主，有針灸、按摩、理療等，雖然其安全性較高，但療效欠佳[2]。融合固定術(shù)是一種手術(shù)療法，其對(duì)神經(jīng)刺激較少，術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率低，在LIDP合并脊柱滑脫治療中具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值[3]。本研究以我院收治的80例LIDP合并脊柱滑脫患者為研究對(duì)象，探討融合固定術(shù)的治療效果，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
