The Cute Friendship That Takes Place Between a Deer and a Dog
We’ve seen a lot of animal relationships between two1)completely different2)species, almost enough to prove to us that friendship is something that is3)innate in animals. That’s good to hear, because it means that we can all get along with each other.
Now we’re sharing with you another unique friendship between animals that we have never seen before: A deer and a dog!
The deer seems to have mistaken herself for a dog as well, because she ends up running and walking alongside the4)golden retriever! In fact, it almost seems like the deer is much more excited to play around than the dog is, who seems to be doing something else!
In spite of the differences between the two, they seem to get along in each other’s5)presence and are used to the6)quirks that they both have! Hopefully the golden retriever changes his mind some time soon!
These Monkeys Come Up with a Genius Way to Get Food
We’ve seen from time to time, monkeys have adapted very well to their environments and have created7)complex8)social structures within their small9)communities. So who knows what other secret talents they have hidden behind!
British naturalist Chris Packham examines a group of monkeys who have formed a secret connection with one another to steal valuable things from human beings, and then10)barter with them11)in exchange for food! Things like phones, hats, shoes and sunglasses are all in their plans!
In fact, Chris try to barter with one of the monkeys after he sets himself up to have something of his stolen! It’s amazing to see the amount of12)cognitive development within these monkeys! That necessarily requires some creative thought, and these monkeys have it by the13)truckload!
Dolphins’ Brains Work While They Sleep
At least this one makes some sense. When a dolphin sleeps, apparently only half of its brain sleeps with it. So what’s the other half doing? Actually, it seems something very useful. No, it’s not working out the mysteries of14)organic chemistry or15)plotting some16)awful17)retribution on human beings for polluting the ocean—it makes sure the dolphin comes up for air while it sleeps, so it doesn’t drown. That’s pretty useful. “Hold on, I’ll just18)take a nap. Don’t worry, my brain won’t let me drown!” said every dolphin everywhere.
