婦科盆腔手術(shù)圍術(shù)期預(yù)防下肢深靜脈血栓形成的護(hù)理效果觀察

[摘要] 目的 觀察分析婦科盆腔手術(shù)圍術(shù)期預(yù)防下肢深靜脈血栓形成的護(hù)理效果。 方法 選取本院2010年11月～2012年10月收治的296例婦科盆腔手術(shù)患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行研究分析，并按拋硬幣的方法將其分為觀察組（148例）和對(duì)照組（148例），對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)臨床護(hù)理，觀察組患者采用整體護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組患者護(hù)理后出現(xiàn)下肢深靜脈血栓的發(fā)生率。 結(jié)果 觀察組患者出現(xiàn)下肢深靜脈血栓發(fā)生率為0.68%，對(duì)照組患者出現(xiàn)下肢深靜脈血栓發(fā)生率為6.76%，兩組患者下肢深靜脈血栓發(fā)生率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 整體護(hù)理在婦科盆腔手術(shù)圍術(shù)期具有顯著效果，可有效降低患者下肢深靜脈血栓的發(fā)生率。

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the nursing efficacy of perioperative prevention of gynecological pelvic surgery on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (LEDVT). Methods Clinical data from 296 patients who were admitted into our hospital from November 2010 to October 2012 and underwent gynecological pelvic surgeries were selected for analysis.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group by coin tossing.In the control group,patients were provided with conventional clinical nursing,while in the observation group,holistic nursing was adopted.The incidence of LEDVT after nursing in both groups was compared. Results In the observation group,the incidence of LEDVT was 0.68%,while in the control group,it was 6.76%,which displayed a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing during perioperative period of gynecological pelvic surgery can obtain a remarkable efficacy and effectively reduce the incidence of LEDVT in patients.
