病人：噢，那么我現(xiàn)在用強的松治療，以后人體會變得很胖，很難看的，是嗎？如果是真的，我不想用它。

Patient：Oh，I have also heard that taking Prednisone will make you fat.Is that true？If it is true，then I don’t want to take it.

護士：那可不行，激素是用來治療系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡的主要藥物，考慮到你今后還要生育，所以不能用其他免疫抑制劑。醫(yī)生會根據(jù)你的病情逐步調整強的松的用量，用藥以后出現(xiàn)的圓臉只是暫時現(xiàn)象，待減量后會逐漸好轉。你可千萬不能為了自己的容貌而自行停藥或減量，否則會前功盡棄的。

Nurse：No.This steroid medication is the main drug for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.Because you’d like to have children some day，we can not give you other immunosuppressive agents.The doctor will adjust your dosage of the Prednisone according to your condition.The side effect of the Prednisone，like moon face，is a temporary phenomenon.After reducing the dosage，the side effect will disappear gradually.You should not stop the medication or reduce the dosage by yourself for the concern of how you may look.Otherwise all your previous efforts will be wasted.

病人：知道了，謝謝你的指導。

Patient：I see.Thank you for your instructions.

護士：沒關系，以后你如果還有問題的話，我們隨時進行交談好嗎？

Nurse：You are welcome.If you have any other questions，we can have another talk at any time.

病人：再次謝謝。

Patient：Thanks again.

結果：

在護理人員的勸說下，小張積極配合治療及護理，三周后病情穩(wěn)定，出院繼續(xù)在家治療。

Result：

With the help of the nurses，Miss Zhang cooperated with the treatment and nursing care.After three weeks，her illness was under control and she was discharged from the hospital and will continue her treatment at home.
