糖尿病(Diabetes)

Pharmacist:Hello!Whatcan Ido for you？

藥師：您好，請問您需要什么幫助？

Client:Iwant to ask you about general instructionson how to takemedication for diab etes.

顧客：我想咨詢一下有關(guān)糖尿病的用藥常識。

Pharmacist:Has the patient been diagnosed asdiabetic？

Client:Yes,butit isnotvery serious.

顧客：是的，不過不嚴(yán)重。

Pharmacist:Whatare yourmain concerns？

藥師：您主要想了解哪方面的內(nèi)容呢？

Client:The different kinds of medicine and the directions for theiruse.

顧客：我想了解一下目前治療糖尿病都有哪些藥，病人在用藥時要注意些什么。

如模擬仿真宏觀世界和微觀世界，展現(xiàn)浩瀚的星際空間，讓學(xué)生在虛擬太空漫游、探索神秘的宇宙空間；呈現(xiàn)無法用肉眼觀看的分子結(jié)構(gòu)，讓學(xué)生進入到分子的微觀世界，用虛擬仿真代替實際訓(xùn)練。又如，在機械制圖中觀察內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，創(chuàng)設(shè)實驗環(huán)境，進行實驗教學(xué)。VRML技術(shù)也有助于積極構(gòu)建高職智慧課堂教學(xué)平臺。

Pharmacist:Which type of diabetes does the patient have？Type 1,type 2 or something else？

藥師：病人屬于糖尿病的哪種類型？是1型的，2型的，還是其他類型的？

Client:Type 2.Please tellme about the disease since Iknow little aboutit.

顧客：醫(yī)生說是2型的，我對此還太理解，您能解釋一下嗎？

Pharmacist:Type 1 is insulin-dependent and hasclear symptomswhile type 2 could run in the fam ily and w ith no clearsymptoms.

藥師：1型糖尿病以往稱為胰島素依賴型糖尿病，發(fā)病時癥狀較明顯，2型的則有明顯的家族聚集傾向，癥狀不太明顯。

Client:How about themedicine？

顧客：那治療的藥物有哪些呢？

Pharmacist:We usually prescribe medicine according to the conditions of the blood sugar levels.If the level is nothigh beforemeals or on an empty stomach and gets higher after ameal,takingα-glucosidase inhibitor,such as carbose will be the first choice.If the symptoms are a higher blood sugar level mostly after a meal and slightly high before eating,you'd better consider benzoic acid derivatives.If it ishigh before amealoron an empty stomach,nomatterwhatconditions the blood sugar levels are after eating,sulfonylureasasglibenclam ideorshould be used.

藥師：可以按病人高血糖類型選藥。如果是單純的餐后血糖高，而空腹和餐前血糖不太高，則首選糖苷酶抑制劑，如拜糖蘋；如果以餐后血糖升高為主，伴有餐前血糖輕度升高，應(yīng)首先考慮苯甲酸衍生物；如果空腹、餐前血糖高，不管是否有餐后血糖高，都應(yīng)考慮用磺脲類，如優(yōu)降糖。

Client:Your explanation has helped me understand about the disease.Well,how should the patient take care ofhimself？

顧客：聽您這么一說，我真是受益匪淺。對了，病人平時需注意些什么呢？

Pharmacist:Please pay attention to his dietary structure.Eat foods rich in protein and low fat.Domoderate exercise and have a regular check-up forblood sugar levels.

藥師：要注意飲食，多吃高蛋白質(zhì)、低脂肪的食物，要適當(dāng)運動，還要定期監(jiān)測血糖。
