３２１例妊娠合并心臟病患者的護(hù)理體會

【摘要】 目的 分析妊娠合并心臟病患者住院期間的護(hù)理方法。方法 對321例妊娠合并心臟病患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧，總結(jié)一般護(hù)理、飲食護(hù)理、心理護(hù)理、特殊用藥護(hù)理、產(chǎn)前護(hù)理、產(chǎn)時護(hù)理及產(chǎn)后護(hù)理的經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果 運用護(hù)理手段，采取有效措施，明顯降低孕產(chǎn)婦和嬰幼兒的死亡率，并使心臟病孕婦順利渡過孕產(chǎn)期。結(jié)論 加強(qiáng)心臟病孕產(chǎn)婦妊娠、分娩及產(chǎn)褥期護(hù)理，是確保母嬰安全的有效措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing approaches of pregnant women with heart disease patients during the hospital.Methods 321 cases of pregnant women with heart disease in patients with clinical data were reviewed，summed up the general nursing，diet nursing，psychological nursing，special treatment nursing，prenatal nursing，labor and post-natal care nursing experience.Results The use of care means，to take effective measures to significantly reduce maternal and infant mortality，heart disease and pregnant women through maternity smoothly.Conclusion Strengthening the heart of maternal pregnancy，childbirth and postpartum nursing，maternal and child safety is to ensure that effective measures.

自2002年1月至2007年12月共收治妊娠合并心臟病患者321例，經(jīng)過積極搶救和精心護(hù)理，效果滿意，現(xiàn)將護(hù)理體會報告如下。
