第二部分 英譯漢

將文中畫線部分的句子譯成漢語。

（1）The Qinghai-Tibet Railway has been open since July 1st， 2006.

The Qinghai-Tibet Railway is the first railway between Tibet and the restof China. It is 1956 kilometres long and is the highest railway in the world.

About 960 kilometres of it is over 4000 metres above sea level. （2）Manypeople thought it was impossible to build a railway so high. But the railwaywas successful completed in October 2005.

（3）The railway has made travel cheaper for Tibetans. Most of themdon’t have enough money to travel by air. It will also bring more tourists toTibet from all over China. A Xinhua report said the new railway will bring3000 to 4000 tourists to Lhasa each day.
