再現(xiàn)復(fù)古車

一把卷尺可以量出一個造車廠？是的，青島的一個造車廠就是靠著一把卷尺開拓出了如今年銷售額超千萬元的疆土。袁德強，一位奔四的“80后”，英語專業(yè)出身的他，卻憑借滿腔熱忱將親手制造復(fù)古車的夢想照進了現(xiàn)實。

邁入復(fù)古車造車行業(yè)的原動力，是從一輛買來的家用電動車開始的。由于品牌質(zhì)量不過關(guān)，這輛車總是出現(xiàn)故障，在不停的修理過程中，袁德強漸漸掌握了其中的技術(shù)原理，摸到了門道，心中也不免產(chǎn)生了一個造車的念頭。行動力極強的他，立即在自家樓下開始著手制造第一輛電動車。第一輛車在網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺發(fā)布后，居然很快就售出。

拿到第一桶金之后，袁德強開始著手制造“火柴盒”餐車，但是很快遭到了打擊。由于餐車被同行大量復(fù)制，他幾乎接不到訂單。擅長英語的他，突發(fā)奇想到國外網(wǎng)絡(luò)上尋找商機。機緣巧合下，他發(fā)現(xiàn)了大眾T1被大量應(yīng)用于國外的餐車。于是，袁德強決定冒險嘗試，掏出5萬元積蓄投入到造車中。沒想到，當成品圖片在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上發(fā)布之后，這款車“一炮而紅”，他成功了。

進入城陽區(qū)錦宏東路的工廠內(nèi)，大眾T1、雪鐵龍YH、比亞喬、老福特皮卡一一映入眼簾……形形色色的復(fù)古車不一而足，均出自袁德強之手。問及如何制造這些車時，他只拿出了一把卷尺。做好一臺復(fù)古車，要到網(wǎng)上查各種資料，因為知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護年限為60年，所以網(wǎng)上的各種老爺車圖紙資料基本也都是公開的。看圖是第一步，將尺寸把握好才是最重要的，有條件測量真車做起來最輕松，可以同比例制造；假如沒有真車，還有一個“絕招”就是購買高價精裝模型等比例放大尺寸，然后依據(jù)測量進行制造。

在袁德強的工作間，擺放著大量手稿。每一張手稿上都密密麻麻地記錄著各種數(shù)據(jù)，大到車體，小到每個裝飾配件，無一不精確到極點。在品質(zhì)追求上一絲不茍、細致入微的精神，很快讓袁德強打開了市場，訂單紛至沓來，遍布全國，甚至遠銷海外。

為了更好地研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品，袁德強高價購買了很多報廢的老式復(fù)古車，包括老款寶馬MINI、大眾T1、老款解放卡車、大眾甲殼蟲、伏爾加轎車，用這些真車來進行同比例制造。經(jīng)袁德強打造的復(fù)古車雖不能上路，卻受到業(yè)界高度好評，大多應(yīng)用于各類餐車、場景展示，甚至用于橫店影視城的道具車。他的車不僅可以開，具備機動車的所有功能，而且聲光電一應(yīng)俱全，細節(jié)更是極其到位，這一切都源于他對復(fù)古車的獨特情懷。

The impetus for his entry into retro vehicle making industry comes from a household EV.Because of substandard brand quality,this vehicle malfunctioned frequently.In the continuous repair process,Yuan Deqiang gradually mastered the technical principle therein,and had the idea of making vehicles.With strong execution,he immediately began making the first EV downstairs in his home.After being released on the Internet platform,his first vehicle was quickly sold.

After earning the first pot of gold,Yuan Deqian started to make“Matchbox”dining cars,but suffered a blow before long.His dining car was reproduced in great numbers by his counterparts,so that he could hardly receive orders.Proficient in English,on a whim he decided to seek business opportunities on the foreign Internet.By chance,he found that Volkswagen T1 was widely applied to foreign dining cars.Thus,he took the plunge,and invested RMB 50,000 in vehicle making.Unexpectedly,after the finished vehicle picture was posted on the Internet,this vehicle“rose to sudden fame”.He succeeded.

Entering the factory at Jinhong East Road,Chengyang District,you could see Volkswagen T1,Citroen YH,Piaggio,old Ford pickups...These retro vehicles were all made by Yuan Deqiang.His vehicles are not only drivable,but also equipped with all functions of motor vehicles,with the addition of complete sound,light and electricity,as well as precise details.All these come from his unique feeling for retro vehicles.
