百年變局下，科技創(chuàng)新是“關(guān)鍵變量”，也是高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的“最大增量”。十年來(lái)，濰坊以科技創(chuàng)新支撐引領(lǐng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，從光刻膠圓了國(guó)產(chǎn)夢(mèng)，到大功率激光器的產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)量持續(xù)穩(wěn)居國(guó)內(nèi)第一，科技實(shí)力伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展同步壯大，澎湃起城市的上行動(dòng)力，濰坊這座科技創(chuàng)新名城，正走向世界舞臺(tái)，向著科技強(qiáng)市的宏偉目標(biāo)闊步前進(jìn)。

一名海歸博士與光刻膠的國(guó)產(chǎn)夢(mèng)

光刻膠，是半導(dǎo)體芯片制造工業(yè)的核心材料，而芯片又是國(guó)防、航天、信息等領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。為了打破國(guó)外對(duì)高端光刻膠的壟斷，2010年，先后獲得加拿大戴爾豪斯大學(xué)博士、美國(guó)密蘇里大學(xué)博士后的孫遜運(yùn)，回到山東濰坊高新區(qū)創(chuàng)立了濰坊星泰克微電子材料有限公司，致力于光刻膠的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)。

光刻膠的實(shí)驗(yàn)和生產(chǎn)要求極為嚴(yán)格，生產(chǎn)操作間凈化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求高，為了避免感光，還要在黃色光源下進(jìn)行?？恐鴩?yán)格的外在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、細(xì)膩的思維和耐得住寂寞的潛心研究，孫遜運(yùn)博士和他的創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)，已申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)多項(xiàng)專(zhuān)利技術(shù)。2013年6月，擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的光刻膠進(jìn)入量產(chǎn)階段，首批投產(chǎn)的30加侖光刻膠投放市場(chǎng)，用于LED芯片的加工。這標(biāo)志著5萬(wàn)片LED芯片內(nèi)有了中國(guó)“芯”。

激光器研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的崛起

2012年9月至11月，山東浪潮華光光電子股份有限公司研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的200毫瓦以上中、大功率激光器產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)量連續(xù)三月突破100萬(wàn)只。據(jù)了解，該公司是擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、擁有從激光器材料生產(chǎn)到器件制作完整生產(chǎn)線的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，生產(chǎn)的激光器廣泛應(yīng)用于激光顯示等產(chǎn)業(yè)中。2012年來(lái)，該企業(yè)中、大功率激光器的產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)量持續(xù)穩(wěn)居國(guó)內(nèi)前列。
