綿延八公里的角木樹籬，3 萬多株植物，構(gòu)成歐洲最大綠色立面墻，而這同樣也是K?-Bogen II 商業(yè)辦公樓的關(guān)鍵元素。該建筑群標(biāo)志著杜塞爾多夫市中心的大規(guī)模城市改造項(xiàng)目的結(jié)束。

K?-Bogen II 代表了一種范式轉(zhuǎn)變：從城市的角度來看，它標(biāo)志著脫離汽車時(shí)代以及向以人為本規(guī)劃的轉(zhuǎn)向。它擁有歐洲最大的綠色立面墻，為應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化提供了具有前瞻性的城市策略。將盡可能多的綠色回饋給城市是ingenhoven architects 事務(wù)所在不同氣候區(qū)幾十年來的堅(jiān)持。秉承supergreen?概念，事務(wù)所現(xiàn)采取全面可持續(xù)性方法。

總建筑面積為4.2 萬平方米，綜合多種功能——零售、美食、辦公和娛樂。影子街是德國最繁忙的購物街之一，沿線主樓正面高27 米，長120 米，完全采用玻璃幕墻設(shè)計(jì)。內(nèi)部使用擴(kuò)展金屬板條構(gòu)造，不同視角，透明度也會(huì)有所不同。包括屋頂在內(nèi)的其他立面墻上種植了8公里長的角木樹籬，使整個(gè)建筑看起來更加平整。對(duì)面10 米高建筑的無障礙傾斜屋頂也完全是綠色裝飾，可以讓游客盡情放松、曬太陽。

8 kilometres of hornbeam hedges,over 30,000 plants–Europe’s biggest green facade is a key element of the K?-Bogen II commercial and office building–The ensemble marks the conclusion of an extensive urban renewal project in the heart of Düsseldorf.

K?-Bogen II Represents a Paradigm Shift:from an urban perspective,it signals a departure from the automotive era and a turn towards people oriented planning.And with Europe’s largest green facade,it offers a forward-thinking urban response to climate change.Giving back as much green as possible to the city is a task that ingenhoven architects have been working on for decades and across different climate zones.With its supergreen? concept,the office is taking a comprehensive approach to sustainability.

A variety of uses–retail,gastronomy,offices,and recreation–come together on a gross floor area of 42,000 square metres.Measuring 27 metres high and 120 metres long,the facade of the main building along Schadowstrasse–one of the busiest shopping streets in Germany–is completely glazed.Expanded metal slats structure the interior,varying in transparency from closed to open,depending on the perspective.The other facades including the roof are more tempered and planted with 8 kilometres of hornbeam hedges.The accessible sloping roof of the 10-metre-high building opposite is also completely green and invites visitors to relax and take in the sun.
