民用飛機技術出版物插圖繪制研究

摘? 要：在民用飛機的技術出版物中，通常以技術插圖的形式表述飛機結構、系統(tǒng)、設備、組成、位置和功能等信息。隨著國內民用飛機的發(fā)展，民用飛機技術出版物的編制需求越來越多，技術插圖的使用范圍和內容要求也越來越高。將技術插圖的繪制流程和方法按照規(guī)范進行標準化定制，可提高技術出版物的編制性和使用性。該文介紹基于S1000D規(guī)范的民用飛機技術出版物插圖標準化的繪制流程和方法，以期為技術出版物的編制提供一些參考。

Abstract： In the technical publications of civil aircraft， the information of aircraft structure， system， equipment， composition， position and function is usually expressed in the form of technical illustrations. With the development of domestic civil aircraft， there are more and more requirements for the preparation of civil aircraft technical publications， and the application scope and content requirements of technical illustrations are higher and higher. Standardizing and customizing the drawing process and method of technical illustrations according to the specifications can improve the compilation and usability of technical publications. This paper introduces the drawing process and method of illustration standardization of civil aircraft technical publications based on S1000D specification， which provides some references for the compilation of technical publications.

民用飛機技術出版物是民用飛機產(chǎn)品的重要組成部分，是支持飛機運營使用和飛機維修的基本文件。在民用飛機技術出版物中，常使用插圖表達飛機的系統(tǒng)、組件、操作、任務等信息，便于用戶掌握飛機的特性，提高飛機的維護效率并降低維護成本。目前，民用飛機的技術出版物編制通常采用ATA2200或S1000D規(guī)范，兩種規(guī)范對于技術插圖的形式和格式都有明確的要求。該文介紹基于S1000D規(guī)范創(chuàng)建結構修理手冊的技術插圖標準化繪制環(huán)境、標準化的繪制流程和方法，用于提高技術出版物的編制效率和編制質量，保證技術出版物的編制性和使用性。

1? 技術插圖規(guī)范

根據(jù)S1000D要求，插圖必須以清晰、易懂和經(jīng)濟的方式傳達給用戶[1]，插圖應滿足以下要求。

（1）插圖圖形和格式滿足用戶的使用需求。

（2）使用文本和其他信息，為用戶提供足夠的信息量。

（3）技術插圖應體現(xiàn)飛機的構型有效性和完整性。

（4）插圖的構型邏輯、順序、視圖和比例應具有指導性。

（5）插圖顯示清晰、尺寸真實合理、不擁擠，突出相關細節(jié)，避免無關信息。

（6）合理表達零件的拆卸關系和位置，使用簡明文字和符號輔助說明。

2? 技術插圖繪制環(huán)境標準化

2.1 技術插圖格式

S1000D規(guī)范的數(shù)據(jù)模塊（DM）和技術插圖等實體文件存儲在公共源數(shù)據(jù)庫（CSDB）中，可為用戶提供交互式電子技術出版物（IETP）[2]。技術插圖是以一種智能矢量圖形格式CGM存儲于CSDB中。CGM格式在儲存和交換圖形、圖像數(shù)據(jù)，具備良好的兼容性，使用CGM格式存儲圖形信息，使IETP具備圖形和相關信息之間的雙向交互[3-4]。
