摘要:在語言、人文、環(huán)境、疫情等多種綜合因素影響下,原有留學(xué)生的常規(guī)人才培養(yǎng)模式已不再適合“新工科”背景下的智能制造方向留學(xué)生的人才培養(yǎng)。構(gòu)建“語言能力培養(yǎng)、專有化實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺建設(shè)、專業(yè)課程建設(shè)”為一體的留學(xué)生“三位一體”培養(yǎng)體系是新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中,適應(yīng)智能制造領(lǐng)域需求的教改創(chuàng)新新方向。在充分吸收國外先進(jìn)教育理念,開展教學(xué)理念突破的同時(shí),通過校企合作,建立科學(xué)的培養(yǎng)體系與多維評價(jià)體系,對培養(yǎng)符合智能制造專業(yè)需求、滿足留學(xué)生所屬國家應(yīng)用需求的復(fù)合型人才具有重要意義。將產(chǎn)學(xué)研實(shí)踐與數(shù)字化教學(xué)相結(jié)合,利用專業(yè)領(lǐng)域人才認(rèn)證機(jī)制共同促進(jìn)留學(xué)生人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制改革,是疫情環(huán)境下緩解留學(xué)生焦慮情緒、提升學(xué)習(xí)原動力、提高就業(yè)信心的創(chuàng)新突破方向。

Abstract: Under the influence language, humanities, environment and epidemic situation and other comprehensive factors, the original conventional talent training mode for overseas students is no longer suitable for the talent training in the direction of intelligent manufacturing under the background of "new engineering”. To build a "trinity" training system for overseas students, which is including "language ability training, proprietary training platform construction, and professional course construction”, is a new direction of education reform and innovation to meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing in the development process of emerging industries. While fully absorbing foreign advanced education concepts and making breakthroughs in teaching concepts, a scientific training system and multi-dimensional evaluation system is established through school-enterprise cooperation. This is of great significance to the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents that meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing and the application needs of the countries to which the overseas students belong. Combining the practice of industry-university-research collaboration with digital teaching, Promoting the reform of talent training mechanism for overseas students by using the talent certification mechanism of professional fields. It will be the innovation and breakthrough direction to relieve the anxiety of overseas students, enhance their motivation for learning and improve their confidence in employment under the epidemic disaster environment.

隨著中國綜合國力的提升,高等教育水平與科研能力也得到顯著性提升,在國家政策性合作培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃的促進(jìn)下,吸引了大量留學(xué)生來到我國開展學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)踐。其中,以東南亞、中亞留學(xué)生為主的“一帶一路”沿線國家留學(xué)生群體構(gòu)成留學(xué)主體進(jìn)入我國高等院校招考體系升學(xué)就讀[1]。受區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的影響,“一帶一路”沿線國家在高等教育的資源分配方面尚不均衡,高等人才教育也僅僅處于精英教育階段[2-4]。在我國“新基建”等政策影響下,“沿線”國家在海陸空輸運(yùn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息設(shè)施建設(shè)、大型基建建設(shè)、智能制造相關(guān)領(lǐng)域方面的人才需求量激增,我國從2015年開始,在共建絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的愿景下,每年提供上萬個(gè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金來共同促進(jìn)“沿線”國家的教育合作與人才培養(yǎng)。受地區(qū)、文化等各方面因素的綜合影響,我國高等院校對留學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)也處于不斷摸索的階段[5]。
目前,我國本科院校培養(yǎng)的智能制造相關(guān)人才,圍繞著機(jī)械、電氣、自動化控制、計(jì)算機(jī)等相關(guān)專業(yè),在進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)課教學(xué)的同時(shí),也在不斷探索、提升人才培養(yǎng)新模式以適應(yīng)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、前沿技術(shù)的發(fā)展;逐步構(gòu)建起適應(yīng)本專業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)W生基本認(rèn)知能力、工程實(shí)踐能力及創(chuàng)新發(fā)展能力的多維度、模塊化實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系。
