摘要:隨著社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展與物質(zhì)的日益豐富,倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)境的好壞在物資的存放具有越來(lái)越重要的作用。在這一過(guò)程中需要管理人員對(duì)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的溫度數(shù)據(jù),濕度數(shù)據(jù)等信息進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)采集,分析和判斷是否需要及時(shí)地對(duì)倉(cāng)庫(kù)環(huán)境溫度,濕度做出調(diào)控。一個(gè)良好的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)離不開現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)手段的應(yīng)用,通過(guò)傳感器采集數(shù)據(jù),網(wǎng)絡(luò)異步傳輸數(shù)據(jù),服務(wù)器不間斷收集數(shù)據(jù),專家系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)分析數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)境做出調(diào)控指令,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的自動(dòng)化管理。該文將通過(guò)介紹一個(gè)倉(cāng)庫(kù)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與系統(tǒng)開發(fā),對(duì)現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)手段在倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理的信息化應(yīng)用上進(jìn)行實(shí)踐。

Design and Development of Warehouse Environment Data Monitoring System

Abstract: As the development of social productivity and the increasing abundance of materials, the quality of warehouse environment plays an important role in the storage of materials. In this process, managers need to collect and analyze the temperature data, humidity data and other information of the warehouse in real time, and then decide whether they need to control the temperature and humidity of the warehouse environment or not. A good warehouse management platform system is bundled with the? modern computer technologies, such as the sensor data collection from embedded device, asynchronous remote network data transmission,server-side uninterrupted data gathering,real-time data analysis of expert system, and make control instructions to the warehouse environment, to achieve the automatic management of the warehouse. This paper will introduce the architecture design and development of a warehouse environment data monitoring system to practice the application of modern computer technologies in warehouse management.

1 背景
在應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代信息化系統(tǒng)對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行管理的過(guò)程中[1],對(duì)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)的合理采集與及時(shí)分析,進(jìn)而對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理及時(shí)做出決策具有重要的作用。數(shù)據(jù)的采集系統(tǒng)必須不間斷的獲取數(shù)據(jù),如果數(shù)據(jù)采集的頻率過(guò)低,或是數(shù)據(jù)采集超時(shí),又或者網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀況不佳導(dǎo)致采集數(shù)據(jù)的丟失,都有可能對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析產(chǎn)生不利的影響。在服務(wù)器端需對(duì)由不同采集點(diǎn)收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ),在某些情況下需要做到秒級(jí)的數(shù)據(jù)接收存儲(chǔ)頻率,需要能夠?qū)崟r(shí)的展示接收的數(shù)據(jù)動(dòng)態(tài)曲線圖,同時(shí)也能夠描繪出歷史數(shù)據(jù)的曲線圖,用于系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)人為分析。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)信息化,自動(dòng)化技術(shù)等廣泛應(yīng)用于傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)中,需要能夠自動(dòng)對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)境進(jìn)行管理[2],因此專家系統(tǒng)[3]的應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)的智能分析與決策,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的自動(dòng)化管理。專家系統(tǒng)最主要部分包含知識(shí)庫(kù)、推理機(jī)等[4],因此需要采用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)構(gòu)造出可用于倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的專家?guī)旌屯评頇C(jī)等系統(tǒng)部件。前端顯示用于展示實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)曲線圖與歷史數(shù)據(jù)曲線,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的餅圖分析展示,柱狀圖分析展示等,描繪出當(dāng)前倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)環(huán)境處于何種狀態(tài)水平,并展示倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理專家系統(tǒng)推送的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理決策信息。消息通知用于對(duì)專家系統(tǒng)推送的告警信息及時(shí)的通知倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理人員,采用短信消息,郵件等方式進(jìn)行推送。系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)如圖1所示。本文將對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)主要模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)闡述,包括數(shù)據(jù)采集,數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ),數(shù)據(jù)分析,倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理專家系統(tǒng)等。
