[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of She Medicine Yishen Recipe on microinflammation in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) at stage Ⅲ. Methods A total of 76 patients with CKD at stage Ⅲ of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness and stasis obstruction type in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine basic treatment, while the treatment group was combined with She Medicine Yishen Recipe on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks. The changes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP in the both groups were lower than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment, the Scr and BUN in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while GFR was significantly higher than that before treatment, with statistical significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, Scr and BUN in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and GFR levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significanct difference(P<0.05). In improving TCM symptoms, the clinical effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion She Medicine Yishen Recipe can reduce microinflammation, improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and protect renal function of patients with CKD at stage Ⅲ, with few adverse reactions and good safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
