摘 要:電驅(qū)動振動臺架有高速、重載的特點(diǎn),疲勞強(qiáng)度評估是機(jī)械設(shè)計中的重要一環(huán)。傳統(tǒng)的疲勞強(qiáng)度評估,多基于靜態(tài)安全系數(shù)法。本文針對某高速電機(jī)振動臺架,發(fā)展了一種基于非線性有限元技術(shù)的動態(tài)仿真和疲勞強(qiáng)度評估的方法,并優(yōu)化了相關(guān)設(shè)計參數(shù),取得了良好效果,對其他類似測試臺架的設(shè)計也有一定的借鑒意義。

Fatigue Design Method and Application of Electric Drive Vibration Fixture

Abstract:Electric drive vibration fixture is working under high speed and heavy gravity. Fatigue strength assessment is an important part of mechanical design, which is usually based on the traditional static safety factor method. This article demonstrates an example of dynamic simulation and fatigue strength assessment methods based on nonlinear finite element analysis for a high-speed motor vibration fixture, then optimizes relevant design parameters, and achieves good results. It can be used as reference for the design of other similar test bench.
