馬克思說過，“每個了解一點歷史的人也都知道，沒有婦女的酵素就不可能有偉大的社會變革。社會的進步可以用女性的社會地位來精確地衡量……”掀開歷史的記憶，從巾幗不讓須眉的花木蘭，到“那堪客里度春風”的秋瑾，群英璀璨的五千年處處閃耀著女性的光輝。

21世紀的今天，中國女性的風采更是歷史最動人的寫真，她們自強獨立、勇于突破，成為推動中國社會發(fā)展和進步的獨特力量。特別是面對新冠肺炎疫情的2020年，女性力量大放異彩。2020年10月1日，國家主席習近平在聯(lián)合國大會紀念北京世界婦女大會25周年高級別會議上，以詩意的語言讓世界人民看到了中國女性的力量：“在中國抗擊新冠肺炎疫情最緊要的時刻，正是成千上萬這樣的中國女性，以勇氣和辛勞詮釋了醫(yī)者仁心，用擔當和奉獻換來了山河無恙?！?/p>

在齊魯大地上，也有這么一群不平凡的女性，她們投身改革開放事業(yè)，在新時代建功立業(yè)，譜寫了一曲激情追夢的巾幗之歌，綻放出獨特的芳華。她們是與時間賽跑、守護生命的醫(yī)生和護士，勇敢地與病毒、“病魔”抗爭；她們是投身于鄉(xiāng)村振興的“領頭羊”，為實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村“富強美”貢獻力量；她們是英姿颯爽的消防員，用青春和熱情為應急救援事業(yè)建設譜寫出柔美的光彩樂章；她們是扎根教育事業(yè)的老師，將一片丹心獻給無數(shù)學子；她們是政法戰(zhàn)線上的風景線，在執(zhí)法為民的實踐中實現(xiàn)著人生價值……科研攻關、脫貧攻堅、工程基建、群防群治、后勤保障，千千萬萬個“她”在社會各行業(yè)各領域，激蕩著夢想和才華，迸發(fā)出創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造的智慧和力量。

遲日江山麗，春風花草香。大地迎來了又一個春天，猶見那一抹巾幗紅，在最好的年華與最好的時代同行，為時代明德，為時代發(fā)聲，以奮斗之姿把春天播撒到每一個角落。

On October 1， 2020， at the High-Level Meeting Commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the World Conference on Women in Beijing of the United Nations General Assembly， President Xi Jinping delivered a poetic speech， and let people around the world see the power of Chinese women：“In China， at the height of the battle against COVID-19， tens of thousands of such Chinese women have put themselves in harms way. Their courage and hard work have shown the very best of the medical profession. Their devotion and sacrifice have kept the nation intact through difficult times.”

On the Land of Shandong， there are a number of extraordinary women， who have devoted themselves to the reform and opening-up， made contributions to the new era， composed a passionate womens song about chasing dreams， and shown their unique youth. In the aspects of scientific research breakthroughs， poverty alleviation， capital works， mass prevention and mass treatment， as well as logistics support， numerous women have shown their dreams and talents in all trades and professions， and unleashed their wisdom and strength in innovation and creation.
