K總部辦公園區(qū)位于卡拉薩達瑪，一個靠近赫爾辛基市中心的新區(qū)。港口遷出后，卡拉薩達瑪正在迅速地把海濱區(qū)域發(fā)展成一個現代化的城市住宅區(qū)和商業(yè)區(qū)。K總部辦公園區(qū)是芬蘭最大的零售集團凱斯科的總部。

K總部辦公園區(qū)占據了整個城市街區(qū)，這為開發(fā)最佳的工作概念提供了可能：靈活的現代辦公園區(qū)圍繞著玻璃中庭空間，該建筑同時也是凱斯科產品和服務的展示廳。辦公園區(qū)的建筑體現了企業(yè)的價值觀，即它的功能性和可持續(xù)性。為了重新詮釋北歐建筑傳統(tǒng)，建筑使用真實的材料和整體的方法來進行細節(jié)設計，該建筑同時也非常注重創(chuàng)新的可持續(xù)原則。JKMM設計了建筑和室內。

K Campus is located in Kalastama, a new district close to the city center of Helsinki. After harbor moved out, Kalasatama is rapidly developing the seafront into a modern urban residential and commercial district. K Campus is the head offices for Kesko, the biggest retailing conglomerate in Finland.

K Campus fills one whole urban block , which gave the possibility to develop the best possible concept for working: modern flexible campus gathered around a glazed atrium space. The building also acts as a showroom for Kesko’s products and services. The architecture of K Campus re flects Kesko values. It is functionality and sustainability. The aim was to reinterpret Nordic architectural tradition, use authentic materials and holistic approach to detailing. The building has strong focus on innovative sustainable principles. JKMM has designed both architecture and interiors.
