怎樣寫好英文發(fā)言稿

◎文體概述

發(fā)言稿是參加會議者為了在會議或重要活動上表達自己的意見、看法或匯報思想、工作情況而事先準備好的文稿。

發(fā)言稿的格式一般由三部分構(gòu)成：

1. 稱呼。頂格書寫，常用的稱呼有Dear Mr/Mrs/Miss...、Dear Sir/Madam、Ladies and gentlemen等。

2. 正文。

3. 結(jié)束語。常用“Thank you for listening!”。

發(fā)言稿的寫作要注意以下三點：

1. 明確演講的對象很重要，針對不同的聽眾，發(fā)言的內(nèi)容不同；

2. 發(fā)言稿中的觀點要明確；
