Making Tea

1. First， choose good tea leaves. That's very important. Different types of tea have different colors， smells， and tastes.

2. Next， choose a small pot and set of cups. Wash them all with hot water.

3. Put some tea leaves into the pot. Fill the pot with hot water. Then， pour out the water right away （立刻）. That cleans the tea leaves.

4. Fill the pot with water again. Let it sit for a minute or two. Finally， pour the tea into the cups and enjoy the rich flavor （香味）.
