How to Strengthen the Ideological and Political Education of Employees in the Internet Era

【Abstract】With the advent of the Internet era， network information technology has provided new means and carriers for corporate ideological and political work， opening up a new frontier. Ideological and political work in the network environment is fast， vivid and effective， but also challenging. Therefore， enterprises should seize the new situation of Ideological and political work in the network environment， deeply study the ideological activities of employees， take advantage of the development trend of Internet information technology， and assume the mission of correctly guiding the ideological status of employees.

The advent of the Internet era provides new means and carriers for the ideological and political work of enterprises. How to strengthen the ideological and political education of employees under the network environment is a problem that enterprises should consider.

1 The challenge of the Internet era on the ideological and political work of enterprises

In the network environment， the network information dissemination is random and fast， which is easy to mislead or even distort some employees outlook on life， world， values and morality. The dislocation of employees thoughts will certainly impact the traditional culture， values and moral standards of the enterprise， and make the ideological and political work face great challenges.

2 Strategies for strengthening ideological and political education of enterprise employees in the Internet Era

2.1 Build diverse platforms and make use of abundant network resources

With the deepening of enterprise management and employee democratic participation management， actively exploring and building an Internet political work platform has become a new exploration of using emerging media to carry out employee ideological education. Enterprises can set up online political education classes， conduct online comments， realize the sharing of educational resources from all aspects and multiple perspectives， so that all employees of enterprises are encouraged by education in an invisible way. It can also develop educational software which is educational， interesting and practical， so that the educational content becomes rich and comprehensive. These diversified platforms can help promote the rational and orderly development of enterprises while guiding the ideological and political construction of employees.

2.2 Take advantage of the network to strengthen close contact with employees

Enterprises will introduce the characteristics of Internet information into the ideological and political education of contemporary enterprises， and continue to strengthen the close relationship with grass-roots employees. For example， through QQ and wechat that the employees are more interested in， we can strengthen the contact and communication between the ideological and political education staff and the employees， so as to better understand the inner thoughts of the grass-roots employees. Therefore， it can effectively dredge and guide some thoughts existing in the staff， and promote the improvement of professional thought level.

2.3 Strengthen problem guidance and grasp the initiative of Ideological and political work

Enterprises should strengthen the guidance of employees thoughts， so as to put an end to the occurrence of some bad thoughts and violations of laws and disciplines. In view of some new problems in the current network environment， enterprises should carry out targeted ideological and political education for grass-roots employees， so as to make ideological and political education in the network environment get more purification and better promote the effective development of Ideological and political education for grass-roots employees.

In a word， information technology has opened up a new channel for the ideological and political work of modern enterprises， but also brought some tests and challenges. Enterprises must keep pace with the times， keep thinking， and promote the ideological and political education of enterprises to develop towards efficiency， depth and vividness in practice.
