摘要? [目的]對加熱不燃燒卷煙在不同的空氣流中煙霧量、香氣量及生理強(qiáng)度3個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評判,研究在不同的空氣流情況下以上3個(gè)指標(biāo)的變化。[方法]以市售某國際品牌的加熱不燃燒卷煙發(fā)煙段薄片從煙彈中拔出裝入不同空氣流的鋁管中,通過吸煙機(jī)檢測煙氣中的煙堿、致香成分及感官評吸判定煙霧的大小。[結(jié)果]空氣流不經(jīng)過發(fā)煙材料的致香物質(zhì)種類要多于空氣流經(jīng)過發(fā)煙材料,煙堿傳遞效率是空氣流經(jīng)過發(fā)煙材料的1.18倍,經(jīng)感官評吸,空氣流不經(jīng)過發(fā)煙材料總體結(jié)果好于空氣流經(jīng)過發(fā)煙材料的,煙霧量大。[結(jié)論]該研究為加熱不燃燒卷煙的技術(shù)體系提供了一個(gè)新的解決方案。

Analysis of Smoke Components of Heat-non-burn Cigarettes in Different Air Streams

Abstract? [Objective]The research aimed to evaluate the smoke, aroma and physiological strength of heat-non-burn cigarettes in different air flows, and to study the changes of the above three indexes under different air flows.[Method]Smoke section slices of a heat-non-burn cigarette sold in the market were pulled out from the cartridge and loaded into aluminium tubes with different air flow.Smoking machine detecting nicotine, aroma components and smoke was determined by sensory evaluation.[Result]There were more kinds of aromatic substances passing through smoking materials than air passing through smoking materials.The transmission efficiency of nicotine was 1.18 times that of air passing through smoking materials.By sensory evaluation, the overall result of air flowing through smoking materials was better than that of air flowing through smoking materials, and the amount of smoke was large.[Conclusion]It provides a new solution for the technical system of heat-non-burn cigarettes.

加熱不燃燒卷煙是通過電子設(shè)備加熱煙草物質(zhì)而非燃燒煙草物質(zhì)的抽煙方式,在此過程中并無明火和煙灰的產(chǎn)生,對環(huán)境友好,使消費(fèi)者通過電子加熱設(shè)備抽吸卷煙時(shí)能感受煙草香味,同時(shí)減少常規(guī)卷煙在燃燒中高溫?zé)峤猱a(chǎn)生有害物質(zhì),為消費(fèi)者的健康式抽煙提供了一條有效的途徑,這種抽煙方式在國內(nèi)外越來越流行,已有一定的消費(fèi)群體[1-4]。現(xiàn)目前市面上菲莫國際、英美煙草、KT&G等國際煙公司以及國內(nèi)煙草行業(yè)加熱不燃燒煙支的通氣方式為常壓通氧抽吸,在加熱器外部引入空氣流,新鮮空氣不斷經(jīng)過煙草物料,在動(dòng)態(tài)抽吸時(shí)使煙草物料加熱溫度急劇下降,裂解反應(yīng)不穩(wěn)定,并且只伴隨著氧化反應(yīng),在致香物質(zhì)和生理滿足感方面有些欠缺,發(fā)煙量少[5-7]。該研究通過對比不同通氣路徑,模擬加熱不燃燒的加熱溫度,結(jié)合Py-GC-MS方式對發(fā)煙材料致香物質(zhì)進(jìn)行對比分析及感官評價(jià),為加熱不燃燒卷煙的技術(shù)體系提供了一個(gè)新的技術(shù)支撐。
1? 材料與方法
1.1? 材料
1.1.1? 不同空氣流加熱裝置制備。
取壁厚2 mm、內(nèi)徑5 mm、長度20 mm鋁制套管,一個(gè)開口在下端供空氣流經(jīng)過發(fā)煙材料,側(cè)邊封閉;另一個(gè)開口在側(cè)邊供空氣流不經(jīng)過發(fā)煙材料,下端封閉,開口直徑在1 mm(圖1)。
