農(nóng)業(yè)院校自然地理與資源環(huán)境專業(yè)課程體系探討

摘要? ? 自然地理與資源環(huán)境專業(yè)在解決人類社會(huì)生存和發(fā)展面臨的資源、環(huán)境等重大問題中發(fā)揮著重要作用。但由于屬于新設(shè)專業(yè)，多數(shù)院校課程體系追求全面，課程繁多復(fù)雜，實(shí)踐課程偏少，缺乏實(shí)踐技能和專業(yè)特色，影響學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的提升。因此，本文基于農(nóng)業(yè)院校的特色，結(jié)合四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)自然地理與資源環(huán)境專業(yè)建設(shè)實(shí)際，從現(xiàn)狀分析、專業(yè)定位、課程體系建設(shè)方面進(jìn)行探索，以期為地方性農(nóng)業(yè)院校相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)提供參考。

Abstract? ? The majors of physical geography and resources and environment play an important role in solving major problems such as resources and environment facing the survival and development of human society.However，due to the newly established majors，most colleges and universities pursue a comprehensive curriculum system，with many complicated courses，few practical courses，lack of practical skills and professional characteristics，and affect the improvement of students′ innovative ability.Therefore，based on the characteristics of agricultural colleges and universities and the practical construction of physical geography and resources and environment specialty in Sichuan Agricultural University，this paper explored the current situation analysis，specialty positioning and curriculum system construction，so as to provide references for the construction of related specialties in local agricultural universities.

隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，資源利用與環(huán)境之間的協(xié)調(diào)性不斷受到?jīng)_擊，區(qū)域環(huán)境問題突出，實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然和諧相處的可持續(xù)發(fā)展備受關(guān)注。因此，資源環(huán)境類專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)顯得尤為必要。為適應(yīng)國家和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，建立動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整機(jī)制，不斷優(yōu)化學(xué)科專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的要求，2012年10月頒布了《普通高等學(xué)校本科專業(yè)目錄（2012）》《普通高等學(xué)校本科專業(yè)設(shè)置管理規(guī)定》等文件，將資源環(huán)境與城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃管理專業(yè)拆分為自然地理與資源環(huán)境、人文地理與城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃2個(gè)專業(yè)[1-2]。

作為新設(shè)專業(yè)，且與原來專業(yè)具有一定的延續(xù)性，面臨如何借助資源環(huán)境與城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃管理專業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，結(jié)合社會(huì)需求和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，合理定位自然地理與資源環(huán)境專業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，是眾多院校亟需解決的問題之一。十八大提出建設(shè)生態(tài)型社會(huì)后，國家發(fā)展的方向不斷向國土資源整治、自然資源開發(fā)利用與規(guī)劃管理、環(huán)境保護(hù)與治理、生態(tài)環(huán)境規(guī)劃以及城市規(guī)劃與管理等領(lǐng)域拓展與延伸，社會(huì)發(fā)展需要越來越多的具有較強(qiáng)實(shí)踐能力和綜合素質(zhì)的自然地理與資源環(huán)境專業(yè)人才，這一專業(yè)也將在解決人類社會(huì)生存和發(fā)展所面臨的資源、環(huán)境等重大問題中發(fā)揮著重要作用。課程體系是大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)的主要載體，不僅是大學(xué)教育理念付諸實(shí)踐和人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的橋梁[3]，也是構(gòu)建人才培養(yǎng)方案的核心內(nèi)容，決定了畢業(yè)生具備的基本知識(shí)背景以及專業(yè)技能，對(duì)高等院校實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)有重要意義，直接影響著學(xué)生就業(yè)的方向和質(zhì)量[4]。因此，本文以能力和素質(zhì)為導(dǎo)向，基于農(nóng)業(yè)院校的特色，結(jié)合四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)自然地理與資源環(huán)境專業(yè)建設(shè)實(shí)際，從現(xiàn)狀分析、專業(yè)定位、課程體系建設(shè)方面進(jìn)行探索，以期為地方性農(nóng)業(yè)院校相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)提供參考。
