美國FDA資助12個罕見病治療藥物臨床試驗研究項目

美國FDA于2019年10月8日宣布撥款總額超過1 500萬美元用于在未來4年內(nèi)資助12個在研孤兒藥(用于治療罕見病的藥物)開展臨床試驗研究。

FDA的“孤兒產(chǎn)品臨床試驗資助計劃”(Orphan Products Clinical Trials Grants Program)創(chuàng)始于1983年，由美國國會撥款設(shè)立。2019財政年度，F(xiàn)DA“孤兒產(chǎn)品臨床試驗資助計劃”總共收到89項孤兒藥臨床試驗研究資助申請，但最后通過評審獲得資助的有以下12項：

(1)Avacopan用于治療C3腎小球病2期臨床試驗研究(Phase 2 study of avacopan for the treatment of complement 3 glomerulopathy)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：加州Chemocentryx公司，資助金額：100萬美元，資助時間：2年；

(2)PTC596用于治療彌漫內(nèi)生型腦橋膠質(zhì)瘤及高級別膠質(zhì)瘤1期臨床試驗研究(Phase 1 study of PTC596 for the treatment of diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma & high-grade gliomas)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：辛辛那提兒童醫(yī)院醫(yī)學(xué)中心，資助金額：75萬美元，資助時間：3年；

(3)槲皮素治療范可尼貧血患者鱗狀細(xì)胞癌2期臨床試驗研究(Phase 2 study of quercetin chemoprevention for the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma in patients with Fanconi Anemi)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：辛辛那提兒童醫(yī)院醫(yī)學(xué)中心，資助金額：170萬美元，資助時間：4年；

(4)每日服用維生素D用于治療鐮狀細(xì)胞貧血癥呼吸系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥2期臨床試驗研究(Phase 2 study of daily vitamin D for the treatment of sickle-cell respiratory complications)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：哥倫比亞大學(xué)衛(wèi)生科學(xué)，資助金額：200萬美元，資助時間：4年；

(5)口服ifetroban用于治療Duchenne型肌營養(yǎng)不良癥相關(guān)心肌病2期臨床試驗研究(Phase 2 study for oral ifetroban for the treatment of cardiomyopathy associated with Duchenne muscular dystrophy)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：Cumberland制藥公司，資助金額：100萬美元，資助時間：3年；

(6)抗PD1療法治療HPV相關(guān)復(fù)發(fā)性呼吸道乳頭狀瘤2期臨床試驗研究(Phase 2 study of anti-PD1 therapy for the treatment of HPV-associated recurrent respiratory papillomatosis)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：麻省總醫(yī)院，資助金額：100萬美元，資助時間：3年；

(7)病毒特異性細(xì)胞毒性T淋巴細(xì)胞治療頑固性(難治性)病毒感染和T細(xì)胞免疫缺陷2期臨床試驗研究(Phase 2 study of viral specific cytotoxic T-lymphocytes for the treatment of refractory viral infections and T-cell immunodeficiency)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：紐約醫(yī)學(xué)院，資助金額：170萬美元，資助時間：4年；

(8)順鉑補(bǔ)片(PRV111)用于治療口腔癌1/2期臨床試驗研究[Phase 1/2 study of cisplatin patch (PRV111) for the treatment of oral cancer]，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：Privo Technologies，資助金額：200萬美元，資助時間：4年；

(9)鞏膜拓?fù)涮婵抵委熞暰W(wǎng)膜母細(xì)胞瘤1期臨床試驗研究(Phase 1 study of episcleral topotecan for the treatment of retinoblastoma)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：Targeted Therapy Technologies，資助金額：66萬美元，資助時間：3年；

(10)溶瘤工程化單純皰疹病毒療法治療兒童惡性小腦腫瘤1期臨床試驗研究(Phase 1 study of oncolytic engineered herpes simplex virus therapy for the treatment of pediatric malignant cerebellar brain tumors)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：阿拉巴馬大學(xué)伯明翰分校，資助金額：75萬美元，資助時間：3年；

(11)替莫唑胺用于治療胃腸道間質(zhì)瘤2期臨床試驗研究(Phase 2 study of temozolomide for the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor)，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：加州大學(xué)圣迭戈分校，資助金額：150萬美元，資助時間：3年；

(12)Imipridone(ONC201)用于治療急性髓性白血病1/2期臨床試驗研究[Phase 1/2 study of the imipridone (ONC201) for treatment of acute myeloid leukemia]，研究機(jī)構(gòu)：德克薩斯大學(xué)MD安德森癌癥中心，資助金額：100萬美元，資助時間：4年。
