穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合美托洛爾治療冠心病合并室性心律失常的療效分析

[摘要] 目的 分析穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合美托洛爾治療冠心病合并室性心律失常的臨床療效。方法 方便選擇2017年1月—2018年2月來該院就診的148例冠心病合并室性心律失常的患者，根據(jù)隨機(jī)分組的原則平均分為兩組，即觀察組與對照組，各74例。對照組患者采用單純美托洛爾進(jìn)行治療，觀察組的患者則在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用穩(wěn)心顆粒進(jìn)行聯(lián)合治療，觀察并比較兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果 經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)處理后，觀察組患者74例中顯效23例、有效44例、無效7例，總有效率為90.54%，對照組患者74例中顯效18例、有效34例、無效22例，總有效率70.27%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=9.649，P=0.003<0.05）。對照組患者74例中發(fā)生惡心11例、嘔吐8例、同時(shí)發(fā)生3例，總不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為21.62%，觀察組患者74例中惡心4例、嘔吐3例、同時(shí)發(fā)生1例，總不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為8.11%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=5.339，P=0.036<0.05）。結(jié)論 穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合美托洛爾治療冠心病合并室性心律失常療效顯著，顯著改善患者生理功能，值得在臨床大力推廣。

Therapeutic Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Ventricular Arrhythmia

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods A total of 148 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia who came to the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were Conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization， namely the observation group and the control group， with 74 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol alone. The patients in the observation group were treated with Wenxin granules on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After data processing， the observation group was markedly effective in 23 cases， effective in 44 cases， and ineffective in 7 cases. The total effective rate was 90.54%. In the control group， 74 cases were markedly effective in 18 cases， effective in 34 cases， and ineffective in 22 cases. The total effective rate was 70.27%. The difference was statistically significant（χ2=9.649，P=0.003<0.05）. In the control group， there were 11 cases of nausea， 8 cases of vomiting， and 3 cases of simultaneous vomiting. The total adverse reaction rate was 21.62%. In the observation group， 74 cases of nausea， 4 cases of vomiting， 3 cases of vomiting， and 1 case of total adverse reactions were observed. The reaction rate was 8.11%， The difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.339，P=0.036<0.05）. Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia， and significantly improves the physiological function of patients. It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
