硝呋太爾制霉素陰道軟膠囊治療孕婦霉菌性陰道炎的療效

摘要：目的? 分析硝呋太爾制霉素陰道軟膠囊治療孕婦霉菌性陰道炎的臨床療效及安全性。方法? 選取2016年6月29日～2018年6月28日天津市西青醫(yī)院收治的200例孕婦霉菌性陰道炎患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，各100例。對照組給予制霉素陰道栓治療，觀察組給予硝呋太爾制霉素陰道軟膠囊治療。比較兩組臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況及臨床癥狀改善時間。結(jié)果? 觀察組治療總有效率為98.00%，高于對照組的77.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為2.00%，低于對照組的8.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組陰道分泌物增多改善時間、外陰瘙癢改善時間均短于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論? 采用硝呋太爾制霉素陰道軟膠囊治療孕婦霉菌性陰道炎效果確切，同時具有較高的安全性，并且能夠有效改善患者臨床癥狀。

Therapeutic Effect of Nifuratel Vaginal Soft Capsule on Pregnant Women with Vaginal Vaginitis

Abstract：Objective? To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of nifuratel vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of fungal vaginitis in pregnant women. Methods? A total of 200 pregnant women with fungal vaginitis admitted to Xiqing Hospital of Tianjin from June 29， 2016 to June 28， 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， 100 cases each. The control group was treated with vaginal suppository， and the observation group was treated with nifuratel vaginal soft capsule. The clinical efficacy， adverse reactions and clinical symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups. Results? The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%， which was higher than 77.00% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%， which was lower than 8.00% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The improvement time of vaginal secretion and the improvement time of genital itching in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion? Nifuratel vaginal vaginal soft capsule is effective in the treatment of fungal vaginitis in pregnant women， and it has high safety and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
