兩江新區(qū)打造國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的視頻分析研究中心

7月25日，兩江新區(qū)消息，位于重慶兩江數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的重慶中科云從科技有限公司自主研發(fā)的“安防火眼大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)”，已在全國(guó)24個(gè)省級(jí)行政區(qū)上線。該平臺(tái)是基于人臉識(shí)別及大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)打造的公安智能化人臉識(shí)別業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)戰(zhàn)系統(tǒng)。云從科技作為機(jī)器視覺“國(guó)家隊(duì)”，將與公安部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和中國(guó)人民公安大學(xué)一起，建設(shè)“安全防范技術(shù)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估公安部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”，將其打造為國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的視頻分析研究中心。

中外專家齊聚合川第三屆釣魚城國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議

7月22日至23日，第三屆釣魚城國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議在合川舉行。會(huì)議以“國(guó)際視野下的釣魚城遺址歷史與價(jià)值”為主題，旨在深度挖掘釣魚城遺址的歷史與價(jià)值，推進(jìn)釣魚城遺址申報(bào)世界文化遺產(chǎn)工作。國(guó)內(nèi)外80余名權(quán)威專家實(shí)地考察釣魚城衙署遺址及釣魚城遺址，并給予高度評(píng)價(jià)。此次會(huì)議為釣魚城遺址的歷史文化價(jià)值研究和申遺提供了一個(gè)良好的學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺(tái)，將推動(dòng)釣魚城遺址研究的國(guó)際化進(jìn)程，助推釣魚城遺址申遺，提升釣魚城遺址的國(guó)際影響力。

上半年重慶外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口額同比增長(zhǎng)11%

7月23日，重慶海關(guān)發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)，今年上半年，重慶進(jìn)出口總值達(dá)2288.3億元人民幣，較去年同期增長(zhǎng)11%。其中，出口總值1470.5億元，增長(zhǎng)13.8%；進(jìn)口總值817.8億元，增長(zhǎng)6.5%。主要呈現(xiàn)如下4個(gè)特點(diǎn)：加工貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口快速增長(zhǎng)；外商投資企業(yè)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易占比較高；計(jì)算機(jī)與通信技術(shù)產(chǎn)品對(duì)出口增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)超六成；集成電路等商品進(jìn)口大幅增長(zhǎng)。

重慶將組團(tuán)赴國(guó)（境）外引進(jìn)緊缺人才

7月20日，重慶市人社局消息，為加快推進(jìn)科教興市和人才強(qiáng)市行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，我市擬于下半年組織有關(guān)單位出訪北美、歐洲、澳洲、亞洲等國(guó)家和地區(qū)，對(duì)接引進(jìn)一批國(guó)（境）外優(yōu)秀人才和團(tuán)隊(duì)。此次引才活動(dòng)由市委組織部、市人社局主辦，市人才交流服務(wù)中心承辦。引才線路為：美洲—美國(guó)、加拿大等；歐洲—俄羅斯、白俄羅斯、英國(guó)、瑞士、意大利、德國(guó)、芬蘭等；澳洲—澳大利亞、新西蘭等；亞洲—香港、澳門、新加坡、日本等。具體引才國(guó)家和地區(qū)，根據(jù)用人單位實(shí)際需求確定。

北碚區(qū)全力推動(dòng)民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展

7月19日，北碚區(qū)消息，2018年上半年，北碚區(qū)新簽約項(xiàng)目88個(gè)，總簽約金額890億元，新發(fā)展市場(chǎng)主體7111戶，同比均呈大幅增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)。目前，該區(qū)規(guī)上工業(yè)民營(yíng)企業(yè)共195家，民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)主體納稅占全區(qū)稅收總額的74%，民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增加值占GDP比重58.7%，對(duì)全區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率超過60%。紅星愛琴海、恒大國(guó)際溫泉健康小鎮(zhèn)等一批項(xiàng)目成功簽約落地。民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)撐起了北碚經(jīng)濟(jì)的半壁江山，已成為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的主力軍。

重慶首家毛坯鉆石加工企業(yè)落戶江津

7月18日，重慶周百福珠寶有限公司成立暨重慶富鉆加工廠開業(yè)儀式，在重慶江津綜合保稅區(qū)舉行。周百福珠寶成立于香港，是一家集首飾原料采購、設(shè)計(jì)、批發(fā)及零售于一體的大型珠寶集團(tuán)。去年10月，周百福珠寶正式簽約入駐江津，將斥資10億元打造珠寶產(chǎn)業(yè)園等項(xiàng)目。重慶也因此有了首家大型毛坯鉆石加工企業(yè)。

內(nèi)陸第一單鐵海聯(lián)運(yùn)信用證進(jìn)口整車抵渝

7月17日，中新示范項(xiàng)目管理局消息，兩臺(tái)從迪拜進(jìn)口的中東版帕杰羅汽車已在西部物流園重慶鐵路口岸掏箱，這是通過中新互聯(lián)互通項(xiàng)目“南向通道”，首筆以信用證結(jié)算的平行車進(jìn)口貿(mào)易，也是內(nèi)陸第一單以信用證結(jié)算的平行進(jìn)口車貿(mào)易，這標(biāo)志著多式聯(lián)運(yùn)平行車進(jìn)口信用證業(yè)務(wù)在“南向通道”探路成功。中東地區(qū)的汽車市場(chǎng)是賣方市場(chǎng)，此前當(dāng)?shù)剡€沒有通過“信用證結(jié)算+海鐵多式聯(lián)運(yùn)”進(jìn)行整車出口的先例。“南向通道”的開啟推動(dòng)了“信用證結(jié)算+海鐵多式聯(lián)運(yùn)”汽車進(jìn)口業(yè)務(wù)，不僅解決進(jìn)口商海外采購融資問題，也規(guī)避了境內(nèi)預(yù)付款境外不發(fā)貨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，保障了進(jìn)口商資金安全。

重慶交通大學(xué)“沙漠土壤化”技術(shù)走出國(guó)門

7月3日，重慶交通大學(xué)“沙漠土壤化”研究團(tuán)隊(duì)與阿拉伯聯(lián)合酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)管理阿布扎比森林和主要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的Mawarid Holding公司簽署合作協(xié)議，共同在阿布扎比開展沙漠土壤化和種植試驗(yàn)。2017年9月，阿聯(lián)酋方面派出代表團(tuán)到重慶對(duì)重慶交通大學(xué)易志堅(jiān)教授研究團(tuán)隊(duì)從力學(xué)角度研究形成“沙漠土壤化”項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行考察，并有意開展合作。本次訪問、簽約，也是應(yīng)阿聯(lián)酋合作方邀請(qǐng)成行。根據(jù)協(xié)議，重慶交通大學(xué)的研究者將在阿布扎比荒蕪的內(nèi)陸地區(qū)約10平方公里范圍內(nèi)，開展沙漠土壤化和種植試驗(yàn)，試種各種草類、蔬菜和灌木。

Experts in China and beyond gathered in Hechuan District for the 3rd International Academic Conference on Diaoyucheng Fortress

From July 22 to 23, the 3rd International Academic Conference on Diaoyucheng Fortress was held in Hechuan District. It themed on "the history and value of Diaoyucheng Fortress in international perspective",aiming at promoting the efforts in applying for the listing of World Cultural Heritage by probing into Diaoyucheng's historical value. Over 80 domestic and overseas leading experts went to Diaoyucheng Fortress and its government office relics for field visit and spoke highly of its value. The conference serves as a efficient platform for academic exchange in regard to the historical and cultural research and the application for the list of World Cultural Heritage of Diaoyucheng Fortress. It will bring the research of the Fortress to the world, promote the process of the application and thereby enhancing the influence of Diaoyucheng Fortress across the world.

Chongqing's Foreign Trade Import-export Volume in the First Half Year Increased by 11% Year-on-year

On July 23, according to Chongqing Customs, Chongqing recorded 228.83 billion yuan in total import and export in the first half of this year, an increase of 11% Year-on-year, among which the export value registered 147.05 billion yan with an increase of 13.8% while import value reported 81.78 billion yuan, an increase of 6.5%. It presented in four traits including rapid increasing of processing trade volume, higher share of the trade volume of foreign-invested enterprises, over-sixin-ten contribution to export growth made by computer and communication technology products and the soaring in export products as integrated circuit.

World's First 1100 Kilovolt High-voltage Direct Current Transformer "Made in Chongqing"

On July 19, Chongqing ABB co. Ltd declared that they have produced the world's first 1100 kilovolt high-voltage direct current transformer, which pass the test successfully and is going to put into use. The transformer, jointly developed and produced by ABB Ltd and State Grid Corporation of China, will transfer the electric power of Xinjiang Province to Anhui Province by the 1100 kilovolt ultra-high-voltage direct current line along Changji-Guquan with 1200 kilowatt transmission power. This technological breakthrough has strongly supported long-distance, low-loss, large-capacity transmission. At the same time, it also interconnects DC and AC grids, laying the foundation for future inter-regional and inter-national grid interconnection.

Beibei District: Make Full-fledged Efforts to Promote High-quality Development in Private Section of Its Economy

On July 19, According to Beibei District, in the first half of 2018, recently there were 88 projects, which signed by Beibei District with total contract value of 89 billion, and 7111 new market entities developed, presenting a significant growth year-on-year. At present, there are 195 private industrial enterprises above the designated size in this district, with taxes contributed by private market entities account 74 %of the total tax revenue. And the private economy growth accounts for 58.7% of GDP, an contribution over 60% to the economy growth of the whole area. A batch of projects such as Red Star Aegean Sea Shopping Park and Evergrand International Spa and Health Town were successfully signed to break ground. Backing half of the economy in Beibei,the private sector has been the main force which drives the economical and social development in this area.

The First Rough Diamond Processing Enterprise Set up Business in Jiangjin District

On July 18, the Opening Ceremony of Chongqing Zhoubaifu Jewelry co. Ltd and Chongqing Fuzuan Processing Plant was held in Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Area of Chongqing. Zhoubaifu Jewelry,established in Hong Kong, was a large jewelry group with its business scope covers the purchasing,designation, wholesale and retail of jewelry materials.In October last year, Zhoubaifu Jewelry was signed to enter Jiangjin, and will invest 1 billion yuan to launch projects such as Jewelry Industrial Park. It is the first large rough diamond processing enterprise in Chonging.

The First Sea-railway Transportation Letter of Credit of Finished Car in China's Inland Arrived in Chongqing

On July 17, the Administrative of China-Singapore(Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative revealed that two Pajero cars imported from Dubai was drawn out of box in the railway port of Chongqing Western Modern Logistics Park. This is the first parallel-imported car trade in China's inland settled by letter of credit via the Southward Passage of China-Singapore(Chongqing)Demonstration Initiative, marking the success of the combined letter of credit operation in the trailblazing of the Southward Passage. As the seller's market,automobile market in Middle East had no precedents in importing finished cars through sea-railway settled by letter of credit before. The opening of the Southward Passage promoted the import business through “Letter of Credit Settlement and Sea-railway Transport”, which not only solved importers’ overseas procurement financing problem, but also avoided the risk of nondelivery of domestic prepayments and thereby guaranteed importers' financial security.

Going Abroad: Technology for "Transforming Desert to Soil" of Chongqing Jiaotong University

On July 3, "Transforming Desert to Soil" research group signed cooperative agreement with Mawarid Holding, a firm in charge of the Abu Dhabi forest and the main agricultural production in UAE, to jointly carry out desert-to-soil and plant experiment in this area. In September 2017, UAE sent groups to Chongqing in investigating desert-to-soil project from mechanical perspective launched by Yi Zhijian, a professor of Chongqing Jiaotong University.
