      From energy generation to transportation, from energy distribution to storage, from semiconductor processing to communications, and from portable devices to data centers, energy consumption has grown to be a major limitation to usability and performance. Therefore, energy-efficient technologies become an active research area motivated by energy necessity and environmental concerns. With energy-efficient technologies, a number of epoch-making technical approaches can be expected. Energy efficiency technologies are affecting all forms of energy conversion and all aspects of life.

      Journal of Electronic Science and Technology (JEST) is a peer-reviewed periodical, indexed by Scopus and EI in INSPEC, and also included in DOAJ, CAS, CNKI, Sciencepaper Online, etc.

      JEST is soliciting original manuscripts for Special Section on Energy-Efficient Technologies (EET) which appears on JEST periodically. This special section on EET intends to bring together the state-of-art research results and industrial applications of energy-efficient technologies. Authors are invited to submit unpublished papers, which are not under review in any other conference or journal, in the following topic areas, but not limited to:

      ◆ Energy-saving materials and devices

      ◆ Low-power circuit and system

      ◆ Energy-aware and energy-efficient computing.

      ◆ Energy-efficient communication, networking, and protocols

      ◆ Energy monitoring and management

      ◆ Energy-aware fault tolerance.

      ◆ Energy-efficient storage systems.

      ◆ Efficient power generation/conversion

      ◆ Efficient power transmission/distribution

      ◆ Smart metering and dynamic pricing

      傳統(tǒng)的液柵型石墨烯場(chǎng)效應(yīng)器件,因石墨烯直接與待測(cè)液接觸,使得石墨烯溝道極易被污染,致使器件的穩(wěn)定性減小,也不能被重復(fù)利用。因此,頂柵型石墨烯場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管pH傳感器[19]得到了關(guān)注,它以石墨烯材料為溝道并在其表面沉積了絕緣層(如HfO2等),其結(jié)構(gòu)及電學(xué)檢測(cè)示意圖如圖4所示。
