內(nèi)皮縫合和常規(guī)對(duì)位縫合在口腔頜面部軟組織損傷治療中的效果對(duì)比

摘 要 目的： 探討內(nèi)皮縫合和常規(guī)對(duì)位縫合在口腔頜面部軟組織損傷治療中的臨床效果。方法：選取100例口腔頜面部軟組織損傷患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為研究組和對(duì)照組各50例，對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)對(duì)位縫合治療而研究組采用內(nèi)皮縫合治療。比較兩組患者臨床效果、并發(fā)癥情況、患者滿意度及焦慮/抑郁（HAD）情緒測定表評(píng)分。結(jié)果：研究組患者滿意度評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組[（92.34±2.16）分 vs（78.64±4.53）分，P<0.05]。研究組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率（6.00% vs 20.00%）、治療1周及1個(gè)月時(shí)焦慮/抑郁狀態(tài)比例顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：兩種方法的療效基本一致，但內(nèi)皮縫合并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低，對(duì)患者心理影響較小，患者滿意度較高，值得在臨床上推廣使用。

Comparison of the effects of endothelial suture and conventional suture in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue injuries*

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of endothelial suture and conventional suture in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue injury. Methods： One hundred cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue injury were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 50 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional suture while the study group with endothelial suture. The clinical effects， complications， patient satisfaction and anxiety/depression （HAD） scores were compared between the two groups. Results： The patient satisfaction scores were higher in the study group than in the control group [（92.34±2.16） vs （78.64±4.53）， P<0.05]. The incidence of complications （6% vs 20%） and anxiety/depression ratio at one week and one month after treatment were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effects of the two methods are basically same， however， endothelial suture possesses lower incidence of complication， less psychological impact on patients with a higher patient satisfaction， and is worthy of promotion in clinic.

口腔頜面部軟組織損傷是一種常見的頜面部損傷，因?yàn)樵撐恢幂^為特殊，在治療中，患者對(duì)手術(shù)后的美觀度要求較高，所以臨床治療難度較大。大多數(shù)口腔頜面部軟組織損傷患者存在血腫等情況，易導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)感染、組織移位、軟組織水腫等情況，嚴(yán)重影響患者生活質(zhì)量[1]。為探尋內(nèi)皮縫合和常規(guī)對(duì)位縫合在口腔頜面部軟組織損傷治療中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，現(xiàn)對(duì)我院口腔頜面部軟組織損傷患者使用內(nèi)皮縫合和常規(guī)對(duì)位縫合治療情況進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)果如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取2015年1月—2016年12月在我院接受治療的100例口腔頜面部軟組織損傷患者作為本次研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法平均分為研究組50例和對(duì)照組50例。對(duì)照組男性患者25例，女性患者25例；年齡19～72歲，平均年齡（41.4±4.9）歲；致傷原因?yàn)橐?例、高處墜落傷10例、銳器損傷12例、爆炸傷3例、交通事故傷17例。研究組男性患者26例，女性患者24例；年齡18～74歲，平均年齡（42.6±5.5）歲；致傷原因?yàn)橐?例、高處墜落傷11例、銳器損傷11例、爆炸傷3例、交通事故傷18例。兩組間一般資料比較無顯著性差異（P>0.05），具有可比性。本研究經(jīng)醫(yī)院醫(yī)學(xué)倫理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，所有患者均簽署知情同意書。endprint
