運(yùn)用新課程理念，提高學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的能力

摘 要：新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指出：基礎(chǔ)教育階段英語(yǔ)課程的目標(biāo)是以學(xué)生語(yǔ)言技能、語(yǔ)言知識(shí)、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識(shí)的發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。本文將以仁愛版教學(xué)案例進(jìn)行淺析。

關(guān)鍵詞：學(xué)生主體；教學(xué)案例

一、 教學(xué)目標(biāo)

1. 知識(shí)目標(biāo)

（1）學(xué)生能夠?qū)W習(xí)并掌握新詞匯：add， fry， cut up， oil， pork， ham， onion， noodle， ingredient， bowl， finely等詞匯。

（2）學(xué)生能夠?qū)W習(xí)由whether/if引導(dǎo)的賓語(yǔ)從句。

（3）學(xué)生能夠?qū)W習(xí)表示順序的副詞，掌握構(gòu)詞法規(guī)律。

2. 能力目標(biāo)：學(xué)生能夠聽懂有關(guān)食物制作的話題的對(duì)話，能使用英語(yǔ)陳述食物的制作過(guò)程。

3. 情感目標(biāo)：培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的生活技能及文化意識(shí)。

二、 重難點(diǎn)

1. 重點(diǎn)：

（1）學(xué)習(xí)由whether/if 引導(dǎo)的賓語(yǔ)從句。

（2）學(xué)習(xí)表示順序的副詞的用法，掌握形容詞+ly變成副詞的構(gòu)詞法。

2. 難點(diǎn)：使用英語(yǔ)陳述食物的制作過(guò)程。

Step 1. Leadin （4mins）

1. Greet the students and sing the song The Teddy Bears Picnic to focus the students attention on the teacher.

2. Brainstorm：用頭腦風(fēng)暴法展示出美食節(jié)的圖片，復(fù)習(xí)不同國(guó)家的美食，由西餐導(dǎo)入中餐，由此導(dǎo)入“fried rice炒飯”。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：這一環(huán)節(jié)的目的是調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生參與課堂的興趣；用頭腦風(fēng)暴法復(fù)習(xí)食物名詞，循序漸進(jìn)，導(dǎo)入本課話題。

Step 2. Presentation （7mins）

1. Look at some pictures to learn some new words about cookers and ingredients.

2. Pair work. Students work in pairs to discuss how to cook fried rice and then share the whole class their opinions.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：利用圖片學(xué)習(xí)新單詞，生動(dòng)形象?；谶@些食物和炊具的新單詞兩人一組討論如何做炒飯，兩兩合作，既降低了問(wèn)題的難度，同時(shí)又培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作、互幫互助精神。

Step 3. Consolidation （9mins）

1. Watch a video about how to cook fried rice.

2. Listen to 1a and try to answer the following two questions：

（1）What ingredients does Kangkang need to cook fried rice？

（2）Can you complete the steps of cooking the fried rice？

3. Listen to the conversation and repeat， pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation， then circle the words about steps：First... Next... Then... After that... Finally...

4. Role play to act out 1a. Read 1a again to find the object clauses and try to learn the use of adverb.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：將課本較難的聽力任務(wù)分解成由易到難不同層次的聽力任務(wù)，學(xué)生可以逐級(jí)完成，并且不同層次的學(xué)生都能體會(huì)到成功的喜悅。通過(guò)讓學(xué)生找出難理解的句子，即由whether引導(dǎo)的賓語(yǔ)從句，讓學(xué)生講解，學(xué)習(xí)賓語(yǔ)從句和副詞的用法，課文中的難點(diǎn)由此得以解決。

Step 4. Practice（10mins）

1. Students make up conversations in pairs according to the form in 1b and the words about steps.

careful+ly→carefullycook ... carefully

fine+ly→finelycut ... finely

2. Students try to tell your partner how to make hamburgers. Dont forget to use the step words.

3. Students put the pictures in 2b in the right order， then read the passage in 2a and fill in the blanks. From the filled words， find the rules of changing an adjective into an adverb.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：由易到難，舉一反三，讓學(xué)生嘗試描述如何做漢堡，用上順序詞及用于修飾動(dòng)詞的副詞。在處理2a、2b過(guò)程中，可通過(guò)生活常識(shí)先對(duì)圖片進(jìn)行排序，然后讀短文填空以此掌握副詞修飾動(dòng)詞的用法，讓學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)所填詞的規(guī)律并加以總結(jié)，培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生探究和總結(jié)語(yǔ)言規(guī)律的能力。

Step 4. Project（14mins）

1. Watch a video about how to make zongzi and try to discuss in groups of four about how to make zongzi. Each group has a representative to make a report in front of the class.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：觀看包粽子的視頻，讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)描述如何包粽子，學(xué)以致用，同時(shí)也滲透了中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)文化。學(xué)生回家為爸爸媽媽做一道菜，并把做菜的順序?qū)懴聛?lái)。將課堂上學(xué)到的知識(shí)運(yùn)用于生活實(shí)際，達(dá)到學(xué)以致用，同時(shí)培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生動(dòng)手做家務(wù)的能力。
