影響C臂機(jī)下骨科手術(shù)醫(yī)務(wù)人員放射防護(hù)依從性的相關(guān)因素及對(duì)策

[摘要] 目的 分析影響骨科手術(shù)中應(yīng)用C臂機(jī)醫(yī)護(hù)人員放射防護(hù)依從性的相關(guān)因素及探討相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，為提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員放射防護(hù)的依從性提供依據(jù)。 方法 對(duì)術(shù)中應(yīng)用C臂機(jī)進(jìn)行手術(shù)的醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，了解其放射認(rèn)知情況及自身對(duì)防護(hù)所采取的措施情況，再針對(duì)其中的不足做出改進(jìn)。將2013年12月調(diào)查前的防護(hù)現(xiàn)狀及依從性情況列為對(duì)照組，經(jīng)1年時(shí)間的數(shù)據(jù)總結(jié)、原因分析、專業(yè)培訓(xùn)及整改措施落實(shí)后，將2015年后的防護(hù)措施及依從性情況列為實(shí)驗(yàn)組。 結(jié)果 根據(jù)調(diào)查所得的結(jié)果，對(duì)醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)及對(duì)不足進(jìn)行逐項(xiàng)整改，醫(yī)護(hù)人員的放射防護(hù)知識(shí)知曉率和對(duì)防護(hù)措施執(zhí)行的依從性均得到明顯的提高（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 加強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)人員專項(xiàng)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)，提高其防護(hù)意識(shí)，建立和健全放射防護(hù)規(guī)章制度，增加高規(guī)格要求的射線屏蔽手術(shù)間數(shù)量，淘汰陳舊沉重的防護(hù)用具，提供充足的新型防護(hù)設(shè)施并對(duì)其執(zhí)行嚴(yán)格的清潔消毒感染控制管理，克服醫(yī)護(hù)人員不良抵觸情緒，可有效提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員放射防護(hù)的依從性。

Related factors and countermeasures affecting radiation protection compliance under c-arm of operating room staff members in department of orthopedics

[Abstract] Objective To analyze related factors and explore countermeasures which can affect radiation protection compliance under C-arm of operating room staff members in orthopedic surgery to provide references for radiation protection compliance of medical staff. Methods Medical staff who used C-arm in surgery were given questionnaire survey.Their awareness of radiation and measures of self-protection were known.Of which，the weakness was improved.Prevention status and compliance before the survey of December 2013 were set as the control group.After one year of data summarization，cause analysis，professional training and rectification measures，prevention measures and compliance after 2015 were set as the experimental group. Results After targeted standardized training and rectification term by term of weakness for medical staff according to survey results，knowledge rate of radiation protection and implementation compliance of prevention measures were both significantly improved（P<0.05）. Conclusion There are many ways to effectively improve radiation protection compliance of medical staff，including strengthening specialized knowledge training of medical staff，improving awareness of protection，establishing and amplifying rules and regulations of radiation protection，increasing the number of radiation shielding operating room with high-specification requirements，discarding old and heavy protective devices，providing adequate new prevention safeguards with strict management of cleansing，disinfection and infection control and getting rid of bad inimical emotions of medical staff.
