Little Wolf had a nice home in a den（洞穴）. The den was warm（暖和的） and safe（安全的）.But the den was small， and Little Wolf had lots of（許多） brothers and sisters. She wanted a bigger（更大）， better（更好） home.

So Little Wolf went off to look for（尋找） a bigger， better home.

She went to see her friend， Blue Bird.

Good morning， Blue Bird， I am looking for a new home.

Little Wolf liked Blue Bird.

But she did not like Blue Bird's home.

The tree was too high（太高）.

My home is in this tree. A tree is a good home.

No， thanks. A tree is not the right home for me.

So Little Wolf went to see her friend， Bear.

Little Wolf walked on and on（不斷往前走）. She walked by a river（河邊）.

But Little Wolf kept walking（繼續(xù)走）. She did not like Fish's home. The river was too wet（太潮濕）！

Little Wolf walked all day（走了一整天）. Soon it was dark. Little Wolf was cold and very sleepy（困倦的）.

She thought about（回想） the warm， safe den with her brothers and sisters.

Little Wolf ran home.
