摘 要:隨著激光應(yīng)用技術(shù)的發(fā)展,F(xiàn)-θ透鏡被廣泛地應(yīng)用于紅外、激光等掃描系統(tǒng)中。文章基于F-θ透鏡的原理和特性,根據(jù)使用要求,利用ZEMAX軟件,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)F-θ鏡頭。該鏡頭焦距160mm,視場(chǎng)角false。優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)后,像散值在像差容限范圍內(nèi),滿(mǎn)足平場(chǎng)要求;F-θ鏡頭相對(duì)畸變小于false;光能利用率好,聚焦性能接近衍射極限。該鏡頭結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,符合使用要求。

激光打標(biāo)技術(shù)廣泛用于汽車(chē)、航空、微電子等領(lǐng)域[ 1 - 3 ]。YAG激光打標(biāo)機(jī)輸出波長(zhǎng)是1.064μm屬紅外光。金屬材料能夠很好地吸收此光譜。激光束被聚焦后,聚焦光斑小,適合在金屬材料表面上進(jìn)行標(biāo)記,有很大的市場(chǎng)。f-theta鏡頭將掃描光束聚焦在工件的平面上,打出線(xiàn)性不失真的圖像。激光掃描方式可以分為物鏡前掃描和物鏡后掃描,通常要求高的掃描裝置都是透鏡前掃描。
本文利用ZEMAX軟件設(shè)計(jì)了YAG激光打標(biāo)機(jī)的f-theta鏡頭,該鏡頭工作波長(zhǎng)是1.064μm,由3片球面鏡組成,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,會(huì)聚光斑質(zhì)量良好,符合激光打標(biāo)的技術(shù)要求。

本文利用ZEMAX軟件,基于F-θ透鏡特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)F-θ掃描鏡頭。根據(jù)像差理論,建立合理的評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)得到了焦距160mm符合實(shí)際使用要求的F-θ鏡頭。該鏡頭成像質(zhì)量良好,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單緊湊,成本低,加工可行性強(qiáng)。

Optical Design of F-theta Lens for YAG Laser Marking Machine

Abstract: With the development of laser application technology, a f-theta lens is widely application in infrared and laser scanning system. This paper based on the principle and characteristics of the f-theta lens, according to the requirements of the user, with ZEMAX software, a f-theta lens design. The lens focal length is 500mm and the field of view isfalse. After optimization design, astigmatism values in aberration capacity within the limit, meet the flat field requirements; f-theta lens relative distortion is lessthanfalse; light energy utilization rate, the focusing performance is close to the diffraction limit. The lens has the advantages of simple structure, in line with the requirements.
