判斷代詞指代內(nèi)容題解讀

代詞指代題要求考生根據(jù)語(yǔ)境判斷代詞（如it，they，them，this，that等）究竟指代什么，題干中經(jīng)常有refer to。

從指代內(nèi)容的位置上看，通常都在前一句中或同一句的前部分，但也有的在它前面幾個(gè)句子中，很少出現(xiàn)在后面的句子中。

找的方法是由代詞的單復(fù)數(shù)確定指代的名詞的單復(fù)數(shù)，另外還要考慮指人還是指物等。找到指代的內(nèi)容后把它放在這個(gè)代詞的位置上，看看這句話是否合理通順，與前后的內(nèi)容是否一致，然后再判定它是否為正確答案。

1. 指代內(nèi)容在同一句中

[例1]（2013遼寧卷D篇·72） Sparrow failed to grow for another two years. Until a new CEO，Carl Pearson，decided to build up its market share. He did a survey，which showed that consumers who already used Sparrow restaurants were extremely positive about the chain，while customers of other fast-food chains were unwilling to turn away from them. Sparrow had to develop a new promotional campaign.

2. 指代內(nèi)容在前一句

Yet there is no reason to think Twain saw the shows as representing reality. His frequent attacks on slavery and prejudice suggest his keen awareness that they did not.

解析：風(fēng)力把小船吹向開(kāi)闊的水域，所以?xún)蓚€(gè)男孩試圖把船劃回岸邊，但是根本不是風(fēng)力的對(duì)手。故選D。

從指代的內(nèi)容上看，有的指代一個(gè)名詞，有的指代一個(gè)短語(yǔ)，也有的指代一個(gè)句子等。

1. 指代一個(gè)名詞

[例4]（2015年湖南卷A篇·59）Other road users，including horse riders，manage to obey the rules so why not cyclists？ Its about time they had to be registered and insured，so when they do hit a pedestrian or a vehicle，or cause an accident，at least they can be treated and there might be an opportunity to claim.

And，in addition to that，in order to get really good at something，one needs to spend at least 10，000 hours studying and practicing.
