摘 要 凸輪機構(gòu)能夠把凸輪的簡單連續(xù)運動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閺膭蛹垂ぷ饕笞兓膹碗s運動,從動件的運動規(guī)律取決于凸輪的輪廓。根據(jù)實際要求的從動件運動規(guī)律所設計的凸輪輪廓,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預期的工程生產(chǎn)要求。

Graphic Method Design of Disk Cam Profile//YU Min
Abstract The cam mechanism can change the simple continuous motion of the cam to the complex motion of the follower according to the work requirement. The motion law of the follower depends on the profile of the cam. According to the cam profile designed by the actual requirements of the follower motion law, it is possible to achieve the expected requirements of engineering.

凸輪機構(gòu)由凸輪、從動件和機架組成,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、緊湊,能夠把凸輪的簡單連續(xù)運動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閺膭蛹倪B續(xù)或不連續(xù)的任意預期運動。凸輪是主動件,從動件的運動規(guī)律由凸輪輪廓決定。凸輪輪廓的設計是以選定的從動件運動規(guī)律為依據(jù)的。endprint
